Our experience with Dr. Gozal is simply amazing. My sister was diagnosed with a meningioma - brain tumor. Our family doctor recommended Mayfield Brain and Spine. At the time of scheduling the appointment, with the diagnosis my sister had, Dr. Gozal was the assigned Doctor. He is extremely caring, very clear with all information related and super encouraging. He explained everything and assured us of the high probability of success. This helped take away the nervousness from my sister and willingness to proceed with surgery. After six hours of surgery, Dr. Gozal was very reassuring - in two days my sister was discharged. We praise God for guiding us to Dr. Gozal and for a successful deliverance from this abnormal growth. Dr. Gozal is a hero to our family. May God bless him and keep him. Do not think twice about trusting his professional and medical skills.

I have suffered with Trigeminal Neuralgia for several years and Dr. Gozal did an MVD surgery on me. What a wonderfully skilled surgeon and person. I’m so grateful to have my life back now. When no other surgeon would touch me he took my case and fixed the problem. I praise God I found him.

I had long term sciatic back pain for years. I went to Mayfield and Dr Gozal was put on my case. It was determined that I needed an L5-S1 fusion and facetectomy to alleviate a severely pinched nerve. From the first meeting with Dr. Gozal, I felt totally comfortable. His personality and demeanor are very down to earth. He asks you what you want to accomplish from a potential procedure… what are YOUR goals? After a surgical path was determined, I felt re-assured that an entire team was working on my behalf. My surgery (2 weeks ago) went well and I am feeling much better. I still have a long recovery in front of me, but I am confident I am on the right path with Dr. Gozal and the Mayfield Clinic. I highly recommend Dr. Gozal and the entire team at Mayfield!

Dr Gozal did my 3 level back surgery Jan 2021. T10 to S1. I had the utmost confidence in his abilities. Great bedside manner and so well educated. These surgeons dont rush to do these surgeries because the procedure and recovery are long and difficult. They have it down to a science. Highly recommend, no hesitation.

Dr Gozal is absolutely 💯.... best neurosurgeon. I feel like I won the lottery to have him as my neurosurgeon. He will not leave until all questions are answered and he has a heart of gold. My life was in his hands and I wasn't worried. Just can't sing his praises enough.

I had my 6 month post surgery ck today. My back surgery was major. Everytime I see Dr. Gozal I am more and more impressed. His caring manner and the passion he has for brain and spine procedures is outstanding not to mention his surgical abilities. Do not hesitate to see Dr Gozal.

I had a pretty serious surgery where Dr. Gozal fused S1/L5 and L5/L4 in my lower back. I put up off the surgery for years out of fear. The surgery took two hours longer than planned because Dr. Gozal methodically and diligently fixed areas that became evident when he was operating. This surgery has been lifechanging for me as i could not walk to the mailbox 25 yards away without pain and now can walk miles at a time. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Gozal and his team. He has been patient and kind while tending to me and answering my questions, he has been upfront and honest about my procedure and follow up. He responds if I need something from him right away. Words cannot express my gratitude on the work Dr. Gozal did - I just wish I did it earlier. My quality of life has improved exponentially already!
