I went to urgent care yesterday due to a cough that I have had that will not go away. They were able to get me right in. And help me. They are all so nice and understanding there. They always have been. I really truly care about you. And do the best to help. They even work well with my autistic grandone he will not take medicines when he needs an antibiotic. They always have the shot there so he can get better quickly. Thank you Adena urgent care. I am grateful for you keep it up

I just want to say what a wonderful person Madeline Horn is.She was pleasant, kind, and informative. I sure wish she was a regular Dr. She would have me as a patient! The nurse Marlena was also kind. That place should be proud of their team. Thanks to the xray tech also! I'm on my way to getting better. God bless you all.

Came with a concern on a 2 year old on a Sunday. Nurse practitioner Jessica Sanders wasnt even willing to fully listen to what I was saying before being very snappy. Apparently it was a waste of time to have him seen here. I was just trying to keep it within his doctor's organization for records. It was for a nail fungus from sucking his thumb. His one nail is about to fall off. But I guess treatment needs to be done by his doctor which is fine by me. Nail will be gone before we get to go there. If you go there wouldn't recommend if Jessica Sanders is in the office for treatment.

Terrible place. For being called an urgent care, this place is not urgent at all. Long wait, and I was in so much pain and they didn’t do anything about it or give me any medicine, said it should go away with time. Went to a different place and they said I looked terrible and prescribed me medication, unlike adena. Overall a bad experience, there a lots of other places you could go for a way better experience.

Neither urgent nor caring. The worst urgent care I've ever been too. Spent 3 hours just for them to not do anything about our issue despite it being 100% treatable and we have gone threw the same thing dozens of times at other UCs without issue. Please avoid this place if you value your time and health. This isn't the only issue we've had. They just do not care.

Don't waste your time going here. You'll be in the waiting room for 2 hours or more, just to be told that they can't do anything for you when you're seen for something as simple as a UTI. Out of the years this place has been around, my family and I have seen 2 providers that actually addressed our issues and provided a real solution. And when you try to advocate for yourself and demand care that you know you need, the nurse will walk out of your room and ignore you while you're still midsentence
