I called 3 months ahead of time and made an appointment to see this Doctor. I asked at the beginning if this doctor would continue to fill my prescriptions. They told me that would not be a problem. I went for my appointment and all went ok. I asked on the way out if my prescriptions would be filled and was told that the doctor was fast at sending in prescriptions and probably had already done so. I called a day after to be certain and was told she refuses to fill a couple of my prescriptions that I have been taking for at least 30 years. Why would you not tell me face to face or even before I came in that you would not fill my prescriptions. I'm not a drug abuser. I called them and told them to cancel everything and that I wouldn't be back. I read the reviews on here making her sound awesome. Totally not true as I was lied too.

She is the best doctor I have ever had. I would say I would follow her where ever she may go....I was one of her first patients and she is totally the best love her to pieces

Dr. Setlak and her team are responsive to all of our needs. Calls are returned promptly and we have always been able to be seen promptly. Test results are given to you quickly, and are well explained. Dr. Setlak is intelligent and compassionate. Her staff are efficient and caring. Together they have an outstanding family practice.

I find her to be friendly and enjoyable. However, she seems rather passive in handling medical problems. She takes only one medical problem per visit, so that multiple pressing concerns that come with being middle-aged don't get addressed. I would not recommend her, even though she's very nice.
