All staff were welcoming and wonderful. Maddie helped and so did everyone. The atmosphere was nice. I had the wrong day for my appointment and they were able to accommodate me.

I waited over an hour past my appointment time. It seems like they scheduled 6 people at the same time. Staff were nice, but a couple called me pet names such as “sweetheart” which I found frustrating.

The moment I walked in I felt very uncomfortable the people at the front desk were very unprofessional sitting behind the desk looking very snotty and miserable and dry the girl that helped me looked the same the whole atmosphere was dark and dim right along with your attitude awful I used to love the store when they first opened it has went down please be more professional and lighten up the place again

Everyone I came into compact was nice. I got to see a picture of the back of my eye and got an explanation of what I was seeing.

I was on-time for my appointment and was greeted with a smile, she was nicely dressed and was very well mannered. She told me to look around at frames and I did till my appointment. Everyone was nice professional and I would recommend this place for glasses to Everyone. They made it a lot less stressful.
