Wouldn’t recommend at all ! Make you wait over a hour for a scheduled apt … and they messed up my filling … kept going back yo get it fixed and no help… had to switch to a different dentist … if u want a good dentist go to the one near biddulph plaza !

This is the worse of the worst I missed work two to three times because the schedule my child appointment and when I got there it’s no record of the appointment they so unprofessional how y’all don’t know when the ped dentist is in just making appointments

Appointment times make zero difference. Expect to be there for minimum of 2-3 hours for basic cleaning and exam. You’ll wait in waiting room for 30-45 min past your appointment time aaaaaand if they’re busy. They’ll try to reschedule your cleaning after the exam. Honestly, not sure why you book the number of appointments if you have no intent on being punctual. This is not a first time issue either. This has been every time. I come to this location because it is close to my home and changing franchises is a pain because they basically make you start alllll over again. Be smart. Go to other locations before this one.

Will not ever be back ! They like to continually drag out appointments to collect your money for things that could be done within the same day ! My kid tooth cracked inside of his mouth because of it and made matters worse . Took him to the kids dentist & they handled it immediately ! If you like to sit in pain & have money to waste I would recommend

LOUD. NOISY. Overbooked. Long wait. TV was loud in the waiting room. The care is fast and furious, no rhyme or reason. Wait in the waiting room, wait in the exam chair, wait in the waiting room again, wait in the exam chair again. Waiting 2 hours, cleaning and exam 20 minutes. Lastly, when someone finally comes to get you in the waiting room, they have a bad habit of blocking the doorway and the patient has to turn sideways and squeeze past them. You should open the door, step into the waiting area out of the doorway and direct the patient where to go. Don’t make them squeeze between you and the doorway. Ferris love the Walmart out discount store of dentists.
