Dr. Daniel Pierre is an absolute gem of a doctor. He is the best of the best. I suffered with strabismus for many months until I found him. He explained the surgery & his confidence in being able to help me. Immediately after surgery, my vision was restored to normal and it was life changing. The surgery was not painful at all and recovery was quick. I no longer have eye turn, double vision or eye strain. I am beyond grateful for Dr. Pierre's skill, expertise and knowledge in curing my strabismus. Thank you, Dr. Pierre

I felt rushed by the older gentleman who provided the information for choosing frames. He made no recommendations for any add on's because he ASSUMED that bc my son had Caresource he didn't need this information. I have private insurance and had a totally different experience. This place has gone down in the past couple years. Go to the Chagrin location where they treat EVERYONE with respect, care & kindness.

Terrible! I’ve. Been waiting for my glasses for six weeks, when they told me it would be two weeks! They NEVER answer the phone or return calls. My glasses were $325! I’m going up there and demand a refund and give me my prescription so I can take it somewhere else!
