The receptionist was nice, the eye doc was condescending and should spend more time working than talking never returning.

The receptionist was the only professional person. The two male employees who neither introduced them selves nor had any kind of acceptable customer service mannerisms where very rude. I ended my appointment because they all keep asking me if I wanted to see near or far? I have never heard this question at a eye exam. The supposed owner claimed to be a pastor, I left and went outside to wait for my ride and he came outside and called me ignorant and told me I had no friends and nobody liked me? I had never seen this person ever in my lifetime so he had no knowledge of me. I keep saying you are supposed to be a pastor and you talk to customers like this. A person driving by turned around to come back to ask if I was ok because he heard the insults coming from this man's mouth. I am a senior citizen and this place was recommended by my insurance company. This place was horrible.

A gentleman in a car that had stopped at the light turned around to come back to ask if I was alright because he heard the way this man was talking to me.Very horrible experience. I don't recommend anyone use this office.

Google says they are open. Hours say they are open and accept walk ins but they are closed.

Such a great optical! The owners are the sweetest people and go above and beyond to make sure you get the perfect pair of glasses or sunglasses! Their prices are very fair and I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing glasses or prescription sunglasses!! We will definitely be back.

This is probably the best optical in all of the Cleveland area! The owners are extremely nice, helpful, and truthful. When we picked out our Ray bans, they helped us shape and mold them perfectly, so we did not look foolish. They are very fair and treat people very well. I would highly recommend this place to everyone in Cleveland and surrounding areas.
