Leah M. is an incredible therapist. I'd argue her work changed my life and stopped me from making many poor decisions during a difficult time in my life. Ebb and Flow as a whole is anything but professional. Three times they incorrectly indicated my insurance was going to be applied only to learn days or weeks or even months later than all the claims were denied. Just baffling levels of unprofessionalism. I had my last straw when I get an email on 10/29/2024 saying a session on 02/06/2024 would have to be paid in full. What? What? How can y'all just now be coming to that conclusion? Don't bother unless you're rich going to this place. Again, Leah M. is a phenomenal therapist.

Review is for Lesley's sound bath (AMAZING) We booked Lesley for a sound bath for our family gathering at an AirBNB in Cleveland. Lesley was prompt and professional in all her responses. We were a group of seven adults ages 45-65 and we were all impressed with our experience. This was everyone's first experience with a sound bath. Our first impression was Lesley's presence (tranquil and harmonious) and she sets the tone for a peaceful and cleansing sound bath. We were mesmerized by her calming presence and her honed skill of playing the Tibetan and crystal singing bowls. Our experience was calming, beautiful and transcendent. Everyone verbalized how much they enjoyed the overall feeling of calm and decreased stress after our sound bath. Our expectations were met and exceeded by our experience with Lesley and we highly recommend booking her for your individual or group session. (Thank you, Lesley for your peace, your patience and our beautiful experience!)

The therapists here are super sweet but their handling of insurance is really poor. My first two sessions ended up costing $200 because my diagnosis wasn't covered by Medical Mutual. They led me to believe this would be a $20 copay and never spelled out what the costs would be should it not be covered. There is one ambiguous line in their welcome email that covers themselves from pushback. Beware so this doesn't happen to you too.
