List of Grow Well Cleveland, Llc's Reviews
Cons: The office in Lakewood sounds like a wind tunnel when I walk in the waiting room. It's not calming or relaxing. Also, therapists always seem to be late ... Like every session When I came here for couples therapy a few years ago, it seemed like the guy tried to do things that continued to isolate me and my now ex. I still feel like he contributed to my divorce. The prices are also pretty high. Pros: I really loved my therapist though. She was good. Punctual. But I don't see her anymore as she did her job and she did it did. It's average, hence the 3/5.
I do not suggest putting a credit card on file with this practice. They are extremely far behind in there billing processes, and by the time you get your bill the amount due is quite high. Then they will just charge your credit card for the entire amount of what you owe without even asking, regardless of the amount due. This is a very questionable and unethical business practice and i hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
Can’t say enough about Kristy, Carolyn, and Stacey. My husband and I have never been able to find the right therapist(s) and this went on for years until we came across Grow Well. We’ve experienced self-growth, reflection, and are on the road to a better, more fulfilling future. We’ve never felt judged as well which is extremely important when opening up about your darkest times. We appreciate everything.
I absolutely love working with Hope. She is amazing at helping me identify triggers, pattern behaviors, and coping strategies to work through challenges. She is supportive and understanding. Truly wonderful as a counselor.
Completely unprofessional and over priced
Kim H was amazing. She was incredibly genuine, caring, helpful in guidance and perspective. And such a great smile! Loved her.
Thank you for responsibly firing that Bree girl. She made me unconformable, appreciate it
My wife has a therapist there who she likes. That therapist referred us to the owner, Pete finnerty, for couples counceling. From the very beginning it seemed like his goal was our divorce, to me. Pete was judgy and rude and often time didn’t pay a single bit of attention to the thing in our session. He was ritualistically late, and the last session before he argued with us the whole 20 min before he ended it early, he showed up 15 min late with no notice or text or call. You can try the place but I would stay away from Pete. Awful bedside manner. I have a Laundry list of other examples but don’t have the time time to list them all! We found a new therapist, so stay way from Pete is my recommendation, but apparently other therapist’s there do seem to care so your experience may be different with someone else.
So far things are going really well . i am doing personally and couples and both counselors are personable, caring and comfortable to work with.
I've just started my journey to better mental health with Grow Well, but I'm already impressed and grateful for finding these wonderful therapists.

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
