This is the only Urgent Care I take my babies to!! They are always clean friendly prompt and on top of their game. Now I have to especially brag about the front desk Emma I love love love her energy and always ready to help and go above and beyond. Although my visits are medical related I can't help but get excited when I see her face at the front desk because I know I'm going to be handled with care and so will my family.

Dr. Nas Ali is an AMAZING doctor!!!!!! I felt heard, my son felt extremely comfortable with him. Definitely going to switch him to my family's primary care doctor. The receptionist Emma was professional, funny and nice. The wait wasn't long at all. Can't give enough praise.

I went in for back pain and this is the first time In years that I've been able to actually have a Dr look at me and actually care about what was going on with my back. It's been years since I had any relief. 10000 out of 10 service they are so personal with you. I didn't feel like a number I felt like a human I felt loved. Walking in your greeted by some of the most welcoming staff! I went late after work and most time nurses are tired and ready to go home but they were so nice and attentive! I love it there I'm thinking about switching my Dr. To them for primary care!! PSA this is my 3rd visit and every one was amazing. ( First time for me and the other was for my kids)

I had a fantastic experience today. Cut my finger deeply and ended up at Health Express Urgent Care bloody and worried. They treated me promptly and with care. The doctor even stayed past his shift to ensure I was OK. Clean, professional, and kind. Great job!

I just moved up here recently to Cleveland Ohio. And my daughter needed some medical attention and I have to say, I was impressed by how friendly the staff was. My daughter received amazing care. And I am truly grateful for everything they have done. Thank you Bri, Randi and Laura!!!

This place overdrafted my bank account and charged me $130 with no bill or warning. I am already broke and struggling and now I have to pay $60 in overdraft fees along with the bill amount they stole from my account. Do not trust this establishment and do not give them your card information or they will wrongfully rob you with no warning.
