Staff change constantly and many times are rude and dishonest with patients and they never take responsibility on their own actions or behavior and then you as a patients get treated differently if you complain ,and Dr Bshara was a good doctor, but he had changed and he doesn't remember what he said in the previous visits, unfortunately for patients is not good to have or go through any experience like these ones.

Call office waited 25min on hold was hung up on called back was told doc would call by end of day NEVER HAPPEN so get a call next day by the lady who admitted to hanging up on me she was calling about next appt Not for reason I needed fixed. Also think Dr was hoping My hemoglobin was high so they could put me on diabetes medicine because it also acts like a diet pill. REALLY!!! fine a different doctor this one just practices a socialized medicine and doesn't care because if he did I would have received a call.

The staff are friendly. The office is clean. The service is efficient. Dr. Bshara is incredibly nice doctor.

Have been waiting 4 + weeks for test results. I have called the office multiple times trying to get my results with the same outcome, we will have the doctor call you but the doctor never does. Filing a complaint with the Ohio medical board.

Toxic masculinity pervaded my interaction, unfortunately. Unfairly long wait for having made an appointment. Nonfunctional wifi, which I was referred to use as a part of my appointment. The only thing I got help with was leaving, unfortunately.

I've been a patient of Dr. Bshara for many years. He's a very good Doctor with a great personality as well as caring. He's always willing to listen to his patients issues and concerns. He's has helped me over the years with any medical Issues I've encountered and as always had my best health and welfare at hand.
