My wife has always worn glasses and have always trusted Dr Ross and her exams to keep up with a changing prescription. I on the other hand have never worn glasses but as i hit my mid 60s things are changing and Dr Ross always looks at my eyes health moving into retirement . Can't say enough about the customer service provided by Colleen always friendly and helpful and works with us to navigate the complicated insurance that is a headache for us to figure out . We've been going to Lakewood Vision for years now. Managing regular eye exams and vision insurance benefits for a family of 6 was challenging, until I met Dr. Ross and Colleen. They take all the confusion out of the process and stream line everything for us. When we go to their office, we feel like VIP's. I have not seen this level of expertise and customer service anywhere else. I highly recommend Lakewood Vision. Give them a call, they will answer any questions you have!

I've gone to Lakewood Vision since I got my first pair of glasses when I was 8 years old! This place is amazing and very accommodating to your needs. It has such a homey feel with a great selection. My whole family loves them!

My family and I have been gong to Lakewood Vision for over 20 years. They are absolutely wonderful. Dr. Ross is very patient and thorough. Colleen is the best. She is very personable and always helps select the best frames. I no longer look for frames, just rely on Colleen’s judgement. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have been coming to Lakewood Vision Center for a while and I look forward to coming into every visit. I would consider Colleen a friend of mine and I wish I could spend more time with her! Her customer service is excellent and she really fights for her customers. They are also very knowledgeable on glasses and contacts and make sure they always fit you properly!

Dr. Ross and Colleen are so knowledgeable and extremely caring and show love to their patients. This was my first time visiting and I am hooked. I finally found my eye doctor after all the years. I highly recommend booking and seeing for yourself, you won't be sorry! Customer service is top notch! Thank you

Dr. Ross is so patient and kind and Colleen is just amazing!!! They both made me feel so welcome and made sure I knew all my options from the beginning. Colleen stuck with me through trying on tons of frames until I found the ones I loved! Can’t recommend Lakewood Vision Center enough :)

I love going to LAKEWOOD VISION center Colleen is the sweetest person in the world? She goes out of her way to do everything for me that she possibly can. It’s the best place you could ever go to have your eyes checked and have Colleen help you and work with you. You’ll never find a better place and ask for Colleen she is a sweetheart. I love her❤️❤️❤️
