Dr.Lopez is a goodman he listens to what you have to say. When i had my first appointment with him it was great i suffer from severe panic disorder,(panic attacks). I also have [ADHD] so its allways very difficult for me to even get myself focused and ready and just doin tasks at all is very difficult for me to start or even finish. Psychiatry Networks has been a great help for me. I have been a patient with them going on 4 years now and i havent had any problems. So thanks Dr.Lopez for everything.

Tragically, these people provide less than adequate and caring services. Meds and uncaring treatment are easier to feed patients than take the time to truly nourish us with new skills. These so-called "healers" have learned how to milk patients and the various healthcare companies, of as much money as possible, yet tend to leave their patients bereft. Bottomline-seek help elsewhere!

Zero stars!!! The only reason this Company might be in this bussines is probably insurance fraud. Shameful and disgrace for a medical provider that lowers himself and forgets why he finished a medical school. If you are in need of becoming extremely frustrated or having (more) anxiety or panic attacks please waste your time with this so called “medical office” with rude and unprofessional staff

Absolutely horrendous practice. They're ability to do basic rudimentary tasks like answer phone calls, text messages, or even understand basic words defies any sense of reason or explanation. I feel like I had to call multiple people just to set up an appointment. Additionally, they use a mixture of text messages, emails, and online webforms to do an intake evaluation, which only adds to the initial confusion of trying to reach anybody to just get on their schedule. Not only was their basic clerical work atrocious, but the actual psychiatrist whom I visited, Dr. Lopez, was very unresponsive to what I told him and offered potentially hazardous advice. He advised me to immediately stop or cease most of my medication, despite the fact that my medications require slow tapers to prevent severe discontinuation syndrome; this can lead to panic attacks, severe depression, and suicidal ideation which is why most doctors would not carelessly recommend this. He also insisted on using Thorazine for anxiety, despite the fact that it isn't even recommended by the FDA for that purpose. There are so many other drugs available for anxiety, but he recommends one of the oldest antipsychotics with one of the worst side effects profiles for a condition that it is not primarily used for and has only demonstrated to lead to moderate or no positive results in most clinical studies? Yes this is most assuredly a case of severely bad psychiatry. When I tried to push back on him, like an old man stuck in his ways, he just kept insisting that his personal anecdotes with a few dozen patients trumped any studies or experiences that others conducted. His advice reeks of an arrogant doctor who refuses to consider objective evidence that contradicts his 'experience' and instead uses his hunch and incompetent skills to drive mentally ill patients from a cliff of despair into a ravine of mental catastrophe; in my psychology class, we learned that this very characteristic is classified as confirmation bias. Absolutely unbelievable! Finally, I was supposed to have another appointment scheduled with this place, but when I called to cancel it, I was informed that I never was put into the system. So if you try to call or get an appointment with this place, their apathetic secretaries, who comprise this train wreck of a red tape/bureaucratic nightmare may prevent you from ever being able to actually have an appointment due solely to their incompetence. If you want a psychiatrist that actually cares about your wellbeing and who will offer you effective medical advice, this place is most certainly not for you. However, if you want to overpay for an old, incompetent doctor who will do everything in his power to push you into the mental abyss, then this is the perfect place for such a Deathwish.

This practice keeps up to date info on file with insurance providers, has flexible scheduling, has friendly staff and healthcare professionals and provides an overall great service.

I love this place! Everyone Is so caring and very pleasant to talk with very comfortable place to be!!

Completely unreliable. I'm going on 3 weeks with no response to my calls or texts to refill my medication. This isn't the first time this has happened with them, although it didn't take this long the first time. If you require any medications that are controlled substances, especially if they are dangerous to quit cold turkey, do NOT go with Psychiatry Networks. I think it actually qualifies as malpractice. I believe they deleted it, but there was another Google Review from someone else saying the same thing was happening to them. Further, I was depending on a referral to MetroHealth for an assessment they were unable to conduct themselves and they dropped the ball on that as well. I've called with the information they requested to refer me and haven't heard back, again, for weeks. I switched to Cleveland Clinic and am seeing a new provider I can trust. I won't be seeing the again. I liked my provider when I could actually talk to her, but it's not worth the amount of effort it takes to contact their office. I never feel a need to write negative reviews for ANYTHING, but having known someone who took their own life after stopping anti-depressants cold-turkey at the request of a doctor, I worry about others who take psychiatric meds that carry this sort of risk. Stay away.
