Very friendly and helpful staff. Definitely would recommend for anyone that’s looking for therapy and/or medication. Jessica at the front desk is awesome and friendly along with her dog Piper who I always love to see. I do the Sprovato treatment and Sara is very friendly and makes you feel welcome and relaxed. Dr. Swartz is the best psychiatrist I’ve seen and I’ve seen a few. He listens, tries to fix your problems and offers various options. You can tell him and the rest of the staff genuinely care. He’s the best psychiatrist I’ve been to. I can’t say enough good things about Reach. They’ve helped me a lot. They offer virtual appointments too.

For months I spent looking for the perfect therapy office. An office that was welcoming and supportive because I am one of the very few people that believe in judging a book by its cover if a place is not welcome or nice I will not go , today is actually my 6 month anniversary of coming here and I can just say I absolutely adore it from being welcomed nicely by the amazing Jessica at the front desk to getting some doggy love by miss piper and let’s not forget about the amazing therapist Leah who has done an astonishing job with helping me through my process of a traumatic life I really couldn’t ask for a better office and therapist so if your like me and you’ve been searching for a welcoming place look no more because reach behavior health is the place to be !

I see nurse practioner Sara for my Spravato treatment therapy. Sara is beyond amazing and super empathetic and caring. Spravato treatment therapy has changed my life for the better in so many ways. I feel less depressed and have a positive outlook on life since starting the Spravato. I am beyond pleased with my care at Reach Behavioral Health Westpark.

Reach Behavioral Health Rocky River Dr is such an amazing place to come and receive help. My son goes here and I’m so happy with the care and support he is getting. Such a welcoming and warm place to come into especially during difficult times. The office manager always is smiling and welcoming. Not to mention the candy and delicious coffee that is in the lobby. Such a bright and beautiful place to come to 😊Highly recommend♥️

It’s always so inviting, when we walk in we are always greeted by everyone, they are all so very friendly. My family and I very blessed to find such a place where we are provided with the best services as they have one of the greatest teams available.
