I love this place! I have case management with Jasmine and she is AMAZING. I have medication management with Dr.Golden and he’s incredible. I also attend group counseling with Kim and it’s gotten so much better with her as the facilitator. I love her! The rest of the staff are super friendly and helpful. I’ve been going here since 2021 and can’t say enough amazing things about the place. I highly recommend it to anyone struggling with their mental health.

The quality of service here has gone down dramatically since Quinta left about a year ago. I got assigned a new provider and I'm still waiting on paperwork to be given back to me that I gave them in September....it's about to be November. No follow up, no nothing.

I don't write reviews often and I don't give out high marks just because I like someone. I've been using the various services of Renaissance Behavioral Health for close to a year and I would recommend them and their services to anyone who is in need of personally tailored mental health solutions. After many life long failed attempts at seeking caring and competent treatment I have finally found providers who have helped in so many ways. In less than a year I've accomplished several goals that I hadn't been able to complete for years. I've had the good fortune to take advantage of their psychiatry, counseling, and social service offerings. All of which are delivered by professionals who are knowledgeable and provide valuable resources with care, kindness, and a strong sense of love of community. They truly want to help and they do. From Mimi's welcoming smile and offer of a great cup of coffee, to Erica's wealth of medical knowledge, to Kim's patience and keen understanding of people, this organization is structured to be a blessing to our communty and they deliver.

Told me on the phone they did couple’s therapy. Got there for our individual sessions and was told “no one works with couples.” Waste of my time and money

Dr. Golden is Jesus brother 🙌🏾 he is the best at what he does. All 3 of my kids get psychiatric services here and I will never go any where else

Meh, it’s your average community health center that leaves much to be desired. The most devoted and sincere clinicians have left. Not extremely helpful, but a little bit of something might be better than a whole lot of nothing depending on your situation. Helps keep you surviving and not much else. I’d recommend approaching with low hopes & expectations…who knows, you might get surprised.
