So today was my appt with DR Fawwad. I tried calling 10 times to say I was going to be late. It is always so hard to ever get anyone on the phone at this office. When I did get there today, I was 10-15 minutes late and they said I was a no show and on top of that said I can't come back. MAYBE IF YOUR OFFICE STAFF ANSWERED THE PHONE I COULD OF I GOT THROUGH AND I COULD HAVE LET YOU KNOW I WOULD BE 10-15 MINS LATE. Also, which I don't understand why this is a problem I sit there waiting way longer than that. This is really messed up how they did me.

After saying I wanted to become one of Dr Naderer’s patients, they sent me 5 pages to fill out which I did and dropped off. They called today and told me Dr. Naderer felt “he wasn’t a good fit” for me and recommended other people in their clinic. Everything you don’t want in a family doctor’s office. No empathy, rude nurse/office staff, terrible scheduling system(that’s miraculously always “down”. I truly believe this is the absolute worst office staff in the country. The Doctor himself is ok in person, but don’t think you’re going to be able to call in an emergency. He’s far too busy to take any calls or messages. Save the hassle. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else.

Love the Dr, but they never return voicemails, it’s a struggle to get ahold of him to get things done like medication pre authorizations.

Dr. Mark Naderer is an amazing Dr. He truly cares about his patients. You are never rushed he takes the time to listen to your concerns. His staff is also top notch. They are all friendly and will get back with you in a timely manner.

Dr. Naderer is the best. I have been going to him for years now and I don't ever plan on switching unless necessary. I only have one issue with the office. When I leave voicemails, they never return my calls. It took me 3 tries to finally get someone to answer the phone because they never returned my voicemails from days prior. But you are in and out and not sitting in an office for hours.
