I am very grateful to have had Dr. C and his office as my primary care for many years. They "ALL" are terrific and I know I am not always the easiest off patience. I feel comfortable and always feel like I have time to talk to the doctor or one of the NP's. They are truly one of a kind in the world of hurry up, get them out and get it billed. Thanks everyone.

Dr. Cifuentes has been completely unreliable. Twice he has canceled new patient appointments one the morning of, the other late afternoon the day before. I am a busy executive and scheduled some of my international travel around these appointments only to have them canceled without any explanation. Completely unprofessional. My wife has been a patient of Dr. Cifuentes for 3 years and has NEVER seen his face. Don't walk away; RUN. My wife will be leaving this practice as well. Dr. W. S.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Cifuentes for several years and I have referred many people to him and all of us love him as our doctor. Sometimes he runs behind schedule but that is because he is so caring and spends time listening to you.

Since my hospital stay for GERD, where I first met Doug, I have been very impressed with his care and his actual methods of diagnosing my illness. I am 55 years old and have had many Dr's in my time, but Douglas CiFuentes, though he's younger, has that moxy that you want in a doctor. I highly recommend him and the group he belongs to.
