The doctor and nurse were nice. The lady at the front desk was understanding and patient when I didn’t know all paperwork info. The nurse was wonderful and kind to talk me through what my pain was and give me things to do to help foot pain and explained what the needle steroid injections would do and fanned me of when I told her I was nervous about needles. The doctor came in and reviewed what she had said and came and explained the numbing contraption and the needle. It did hurt but I also wasn’t expecting the pain. More of a burning happened than a little pinch. I cried nurse gave me tissues and then came back with more and encouraged me to take my time before leaving. ♥️

The husband/wife team is absolutely horrible and rude, especially if you're overweight. They think they're perfect. I was getting injections in my foot so I could walk. I was born with a birth defect that made a huge callous on the bottom of my foot. I also have neuropathy. When the woman podiatrist told me that, I was making small talk and said it was my daughter's birthday that day. She says...make sure you don't eat any cake. Rude!! Then, I ordered diabetic shoes. She knew I didn't like her attitude, bc I had complained to the staff about her and when they set up my appointment to come back to get the diabetic shoes, she made me sit in a room for an hour!! She was waiting on patients that came in after me. I could hear her just stalling with the patient in the other room. I have never experienced more unprofessional people in the medical field.

Absolute best experience! I Would recommend to anyone. This will be out families podiatrist for any of our future needs!

Dated office needs repainted. Doctor was ok. Handicap ramp was super long because there's about 7 steps and it runs along a hill so it has to also compensate for the hill. There's a long ramp, a landing, and then another long section of ramp. Oh and the ramp is vinyl and ribbed...not recommended for anyone handicapped.

Great physician! My appointment was on-time (which is rare these days), and Dr. Ashdown was so polite and his bedside manner was lovely. The visit was quick and painless. I recommend!

Dr. K, along with the entire team, made me feel at ease during my appointment. She was kind, a great listener and showed that she cared! She was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I also appreciated that the appointments were thorough but quick!

Drs. Tom & Diane Ashdown have been caring for my diabetic mother for a few years. They have always been professional, warm and genuinely concerned for her. The recommended products are high quality and extremely comfortable.

Absolutely love and recommend this podiatric practice...my father is diabetic and we have struggled in the past to find a physician that could both treat AND educate him about his condition. Grateful to the front office employees and physician assistant for providing information about products they offer to help maintain/improve his condition at home. My family is on a limited budget, so even though the prices are lower than the retail stores (I checked!) I appreciate that the staff took the time to direct us to the resources that could assist him with the cost of needed specialty footwear. I also purchased a pair of slippers for myself through their office and they are the warmest and most comfortable slippers I've ever owned. Bottom line, the physicians and staff at Advanced Podiatry treat all their patients like family. Thank you again AP!!

I’ve had nothing but the best of experiences with all the staff, and both doctors here. My whole family has orthotics that were custom fit by the physician’s assistant. He fit myself, my son who is 12, my daughter 10, and my wife, who is an unknown age (specifically for my health haha!). He was extremely gentle and very professional with all of us, kept us all in the loop during the wait time for when they would arrive. When we finally got them in, both doctors checked to make sure there was proper fitment, and the assistant stood by helping the kids understand how these work and how they must use them. He kept the kids entertained while I was asking a million questions to the doctors, that they so kindly had patience to answer for me. Not only would I never go anywhere else, I would highly recommend to anyone looking for honest great doctors and staff. I trust them with my kids, and my wife, which to me means the world. I wish every doctors office was this great to visit!

I do NOT recommend. I took my daughter due to potential warts on her feet. The "nurse" told me they weren't but the doctor verified they were. They charged me over $80 just for a consolation AND then tried to sell me orthotics for an 11 year old!
