Doctor was never in for my appts. Worst psychiatrist ever. I reported her to the medical board also.

Absolutely love Access Ohio!! I've been going here for well over 10 yrs. The nurses, the Dr, the ladies at the front desk, All friendly, kind, caring, compassionate, there to help in anyway they can. I'm always in & out never have to wait long at my appointment. They are great about getting you in the same day or if you need to reschedule your appointment. I've NEVER had a single appointment that I can complain about. Always have had a good experience with all the staff, Drs, nurses, counselors. I would highligly recommend this place for anyone that suffers with mental health. This is definitely a place that will help you in many different ways😁

Oh my goodness!!!!!!! I have been trying to call for two days now to make a payment on a bill and nobody has called me back! I have left my name and number twice, they have had several business hours to call me back, nothing!!! I was told if I was late on my payment I can be charged more. So am I going to be charged because nobody will call me back? How is that my fault? I don’t like to complain let alone leave a review that’s so embarrassing but I’m at a loss.

I have called over and over my roommate is out of his mental health meds and they refuse to call back to schedule. They must think it's funny to have a mental patient to not have their meds. It's been over a week since his missed appointment due to issues with getting a ride there. If I could give a lower rating I would! A canceled appointment has nothing to do with them not answering. So frustrating. I wish I had another option to get his meds.

I beg you, please believe every negative review! This place does not deserve anyone’s business. This was my very first appointment, the receptionist herself checked me in and told me to sit in the waiting room. I waited 30 minutes before going back to the front to ask the receptionist if I was in the correct waiting room (there are several) just to be told that Alexis isn’t in today. She’s out sick and I was told the manager should have called me to let me know so I could be rescheduled. I have so many questions. Do you all not see on the schedule that Dr./counselor isn’t in when checking someone in? You didn’t see her this morning before my 10 AM appointment? Apparently there was a email sent at 8am with this information that she’d be out but no one thought to reach out to her patient’s? There is no procedure for when a doctor or counselor is out? Very, very unprofessional and pathetic, there is no excuse. Not to mention, the building is absolutely disgusting. And apparently the elevator didn’t work after pressing the button several times.

This is, by far, the worst mental health facility I've ever had the displeasure of setting foot in. I liked my former psych nurse, but when she left, I got stuck with Jaycee. I met her one time. And that was one time too many. She dropped the ball on signing a pre authorization for my meds so I couldn't get them refilled for weeks. Even though I called the office multiple times to remind her and even stopped in. Multiple receptionists and none of them know what's going on. They do not care about your mental health and hire people with no prior mental health background or degrees to work there. Do not go here. Not sure how this place is still open. Very disorganized and uncaring. Never again.

Hi! This place gave me so many high hopes for my partner, someone who was diagnosed with adhd since high school, but man, what a let down! One of the first appointments he had was with doctor clark. He asked me to come into the appointment to help explain things on his behalf, due to him having an anxiety disorder, along with being forgetful, due to his adhd. When I tried helping elaborate on what he’s been going through, she was very disrespectful, telling me she didn’t want me talking for him and that this appointment wasn’t for me, it was for him. When I tried to explain, she completely shut me down and by the end of the appointment, we just both got in our car and genuinely were baffled. Later on, he got himself a social worker, Andy! Andy’s been an awesome guy from what I’ve heard and really helps. I guess the only issue is that Andy told my partner he was allowed to smoke weed. I’m personally not a fan of the substance but whatever, it’s legal. Well, when my partner tried getting his Vyvanse refilled today, since he’s been diagnosed with adhd for almost a decade, as soon as doctor clark asked if he smoked pot, and he answered yes, occasionally to help with sleep, so once a week, she said she didn’t feel comfortable refilling the Vyvanse? If we knew that was the case, he wouldn’t be smoking it at all. Why did Andy say it was okay? Why can’t someone smoke weed at night and still get medicated for their adhd? I’m very confused because this wasn’t a problem with past psychs. The only reason we started checking access out was so he could get a counselor. It’s been months since we requested one and there still hasn’t been a single update. This whole experience was very pointless.

If I could assign a rating lower than one star, I absolutely would. My experience with this facility over the past 12+ years has been nothing short of appalling. What should be a safe haven for mental health support has instead become a revolving door of disorganization, indifference, and systemic neglect. To begin with, the inconsistency of care is staggering. After the tragic passing of one of my doctors, I was shuffled through a series of replacements—one retired shortly after my case was assigned to them, another frequently failed to show up for appointments, and now, the most recent physician is already leaving. This level of turnover is destabilizing and counterproductive for anyone seeking long-term mental health treatment. Case management, a critical element of comprehensive care, is practically nonexistent. I have been without a case manager for over two years, despite repeated efforts to address this with the office manager. The sheer lack of accountability is nothing short of a dereliction of duty. Perhaps most disturbing is the degrading manner in which patients are treated. Monthly urine screenings for those prescribed psychiatric medication paint an unsettling picture of distrust. Rather than fostering a sense of support or understanding, the staff seems more intent on labeling patients as potential drug abusers than addressing the underlying issues they were entrusted to help resolve. This facility’s approach to care feels alarmingly like a conveyor belt operation: patients are reduced to mere numbers, and any semblance of empathy or individualized attention is absent. It would not be far-fetched to suspect that Medicaid and Medicare patients are deliberately sidelined, left to deteriorate in silence until they either succumb to their struggles or experience an avoidable crisis. In my 12 years of engagement with this institution, I have seen no meaningful progress in my treatment. If anything, my mental health has worsened, with new diagnoses piling on like unwelcome souvenirs of a deeply flawed system. Despite years of effort on my part, the care I’ve received has done nothing to foster healing or stability. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise anyone considering this facility to look elsewhere. Your mental health is far too important to entrust to an institution so plagued by dysfunction, indifference, and systemic failure.

This so called Dr. Office is terrible don't go there
