This guy is a cancer to medical professionals. A judgemental jackhole he does "independent" exams for the state of Ohio and does harm to the medical community and to the people he comes in contact with. He is the definition of malpractice and do harm, no regard for the hippcratic oath.

If the Ohio BWC sends you to him, it's over. He spent 2 min with me, left for 14, came back for 2 more. Then he wrote a report including things he didn't examine. I later found out he's so bad that WV kicked him out of their system.

No office staff, this dude is what I'd call a squatting Doctor. He's committing malpractice on the regular. All I saw were people waiting to be examined by an "independent" and honest Doctor and if the BWC send you here, find someone else.

If I could give a ZERO I would. This dude is hired by the BWC to do their bidding. He NEVER touched me other than to shake may hand left me in the room for 15 minutes, made small talk then escorted me out. Based on this he gave me an unfavorable review to the BWC. HE NEVER TOUCHED ME TO EXAMINE ME. I went back later to and he was in the 181 Taylor Rd. office but the door was open so I took video of the place and there isn't nothing in this place to even do an examination. This dude needs his License revoked then every case he signed off on investigated. Then the BWC and this SHAM should have charges filed against them... In fact that is what I am going to do.

I wentt to "Dr." Sadaka for an IME (Independent Medical Exam) for the BWC. This guy is a flat out quack!. When I arrived at his "office" in Galion, Ohio i was greeted with shoes. Yes shoes, you see the lobby of his "office" is a shoe store for the adjacent foot Doctor just across the hall. He asked me 3 questions. 1. Are you right or left handed. 2. How did you get hurt. 3. Let me see your back. With those questioned he deemed me 0% injured/disabled. Right or left handed? Seriously, come on.

what the BWC is doing with this doctor is criminal, he's not independent and doesn't have any business doing what he is doing.

Terrible experience. The doctor didn't even touch me during my exam and wrote a report saying that I was faking my pain and discomfort even though the MRI says I have degeneration and two protruding discs. Stay away from this guy.
