Had a therapist session overlap with my appointment given. While the receptionist was very reasonable, the no show policy being one and done (even with the most tangible reason given) is not really equitable to any degree.

Bebe is amazing! She listens and provides solutions that actually work. She is compassionate and understood exactly what I was going through. I am now able to deal with my issues based on her providing coping techniques, the right medication and most of all, she always advises me that I can reach out at any time if I need her. She is very humble and sessions with her are like talking to an old friend. I love that she empowers me to know that I am in control. I am so grateful that Bebe was available in my time of need. I highly recommend Bebe and ALN Psych and Behavioral Health LLC. She is professional as well as her staff. Christy always goes above and beyond when I have requests. If you want a provider that actually cares about you, this is the place. Thank you Bebe for changing my life!

I did not have a good experience with Dr Bebe. I felt she didn't listen to me and was very dismissive. However her receptionist Kristy is phenomenal. Super helpful and went out of her way to get things done for me more than once. Very efficient and sweet.

From the moment I called to schedule my first appointment at ALN Psych and Behavioral Health LLC, I felt listened to, valued, validated, and safe. Once meeting with Bebongchu Nkemasong, PMHNP, my feelings of value, validation, and safety grew stronger. Bebongchu, PMHNP took the time to actively listen to my mental health concerns, worked with me on a medication and care plan that is personal to my needs (and continues to do so), while always being personable, demonstrating understanding, and speaking without judgement. I highly recommend ALN Psych and Behavioral Health LLC.
