I feel like the doctors at 1515 S. Clifton are allotted 15 min per patient. This makes appointments feel rushed and impersonal. I’m sure most places don’t care about most patients but this place has room for improvement. Dr. Fullerton is okay. I feel like she is knowledgeable but overworked. She talks very fast and there are times that she only spends 5 minutes with me. I always forget to ask my questions because the whole experience is rushed...except for the wait times. Just yesterday I was sitting in the care room for half an hour before an over-exuberant nurse popped in and confused, said “oh I thought this room was empty, someone will be with you shortly”. After Dr. Fullerton left the same nurse was pushy and rude when explaining how to leave urine samples (the office is newly moved in to a different suite). Some nurses are very caring at this location. In fact, they are the reason I have stayed here for my pregnancy. I think Dr. Fullerton is a fine doctor that would shine in a situation where she was appreciated and her time valued. Here she just seems drained and rushed and is very impersonal.

The last time I went for a vaginal check and information on getting pregnant my appointment was two hours behind and when she finally came in she seemed completely uninterested in my situation/concerns and just exhausted. Her staff then failed to call me back as they were supposed to about the results of my exam. Definitely will not go back and surely would not recommend for anyone who is pregnant. Highly unprofessional and uncaring
