Surgery was scheduled at 11 on Friday. We are here at Dr Mullendore office in this dangerous weather and there is no body here. We took extreme risks to come yo his office on broad street, but there is no one here. Have not eaten since last night. This is unprofessional behavior which I am sure professional dental authorities will take action on. Surgery appointment was confirmed many times including around 851 am on Thursday the 22nd of December.

I'm constantly receiving bills after I already paid in their office and all I had was x-rays done, no procedure no nothing!!!!

I did not feel very comfortable, attitude was very short, rushed, & acted as if we were a problem.. and we asked no questions. Will find somewhere else to take my other children

My son had his wisdom teeth removed. Andrew R. Mullendore, DDS, MD was so friendly to him and myself. He explained everything well and I could tell my son's health was his top priority. The office staff were friendly and the environment was super clean. Dr. Mullendore also called later that night to check on my son and make sure he was doing okay.

Dr. Mullendore is one of the nicest people I have met. He sat down with me and really showed that he cared about my well being. My surgery went great and I had no problems, I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

I found Dr. Mullendore arrogant & self-centered. He cared nothing about me. He basically called me a liar without calling me a liar. During my oral surgery, it was hurting so bad, he was so rough, I was begging, crying, pointing to where it hurt, almost coming out of the chair. Instead of stopping, he said OK, you're going to have to hold still. He knew Zero about my case. I had to explain. My follow up appts were nothing but tears because of his attitude. I'll never recommend him to anyone.

Dr Mullendore was willing to take me (new patient) at a moments notice. He sat down with me and patiently went over my situation in great detail. He discussed with me options yet gave me his professional opinion. I am one person who has extreme low tolerance for pain, he helped make this situation a positive one all around and I left there feeling I made a sound decision. I know now where I will be bringing my son for wisdom teeth distraction. Nice clean updated facility as well.
