Capable, intelligent doctor. Her demeanor tends to be a bit chilly sometimes. Consistent with other OSU doctors, she is difficult to get an appointment with, typically, so plan to go to urgent care if you're actually sick. My biggest complaint is that she fat shames---no matter what the ailment, she brings up BMI and weight, and appears a bit disgusted if one is overweight. Her recommendations for ...

Dr. Behrooz was my doctor since 2016. Unfortunately I have not received a good service from her and her office member during the past year and I am planning to change my physician as soon as possible.

Dr. Behrooz made me feel comfortable immediately, and I trust her. She has been supportive through a lot of issues that I had, and she has always responded quickly to phone calls and MyChart messages. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Behrooz billed me $70 for asking me if I wanted tobacco counseling. I told her I'd think about it. She gave me a booklet about smoking and said I could sign up at the receptionist desk. That's it. I didn't sign up for it. She spent a few minutes on the subject. So, $70 for 5 minutes is $840 an hour. I called to dispute the bill and her staff was rude and insisted I must pay. They finally agree to remove the charge after a huge runaround. I wouldn't trust Dr. Behrooz or her staff.

She is the best doctor that you could ever asked for. She is so knowledgeable, smart, kind, patient and understanding. The all that you expect from your doctor. She cares about her patients and listens to all your concerns patiently. Beside, her always smiling face gives me energy and good feeling every time I see her.

I can’t recommend her enough. She is very patient, caring and compassionate. She makes you feel like every concern you have is the most important thing. I also feel very comfortable talking to her about anything. Everything you would want in a family doctor. She also is very good at remember who you are and little things about you, makes you feel important. Can’t say enough good things!

My daughter started seeing Dr. Behrooz in her early teens, when she became uncomfortable her male pediatrician (who we liked very much) but there are just some topics she wasn't comfortable talking to him about. Dr. Behrooz's patience, thoroughness and compassion immediately put us both at ease, and I am also now her patient. She remembers details from previous appointments beyond the medical history notes, and talks with us individually and as a family unit. She has taken excellent care of us.
