Ariane Park's Online Review Report Card

I came in to ask Dr. Park about pain relief for the chronic pain I experienced due to tourette's syndrome (I am currently exploring that it may also be fibro). She was friendly, but did not seem to understand what I was experiencing. She kept telling me I was "young and healthy" and she did not want me on more medications. (Experiencing chronic pain does not equal health. There is nothing wrong with wanting medication for something that is wrong.). She suggested I try "habit reversal therapy." I have tried this before, and it is a joke. Tourette's is a movement disorder that cannot be controlled. The little bit that I am able to suppress causes tension which leads to pain anyway, so I am left with the same issue. She kept telling me I was so much better off than done other tourette's patients she had seen, not listening to My experience about My pain. She offered no help and the whole appointment was a big waste of money.

No bedside manner, too quick especially for patients with Parkinson's who may need a little extra time to process and answer questions. Did not listen well.

she doesn't listen. very stubborn. makes up her mind about you before even examining you. not good at injecting botox.

I say that out of 6 surgical procedures which I have had over the years, Dr. Adrian Parks was the finest doctor of all, making my operation a complete success with no visible scar or complication. He is very professional and kind human being and I would trust his decision more than any other doctor.

With routine visits scheduled 6 months to a year anyone experiencing progression with symptoms will find it inadequate. We were told after 2 years that pain was not part of Parkinson's and that it may be something else. A shock, after continually talking about the pain. When nothing else was found we were told to check back in a year. My loved one died 2 weeks later with a new increase in Sinemet prescription that came too little too late.

Dr. Park is very close minded. She puts words into patient's mouths. She is quick to judge and does not listen to the patient's stories. She only sees the disease process and does not look at the whole patient. I would never advise anyone to go to her.
