Both the audiologist, Dana Schneider and Dr. O'Brian were very efficient and comprehensive in their exams. All questions were listened to and answered thoughtfully and professionally.Check in and follow up with office staff was courteous and prompt.

I had a glomas tumor in my left ear and I was referred to Dr O’Brien and he was great from the initial consult to surgery to post surgery. Staff was very knowledgeable about everything from audio test before and after surgery. I can’t say enough about the care I received. I was very impressed with everything I experienced in the office. I would highly recommend this office as well as Dr. O’Brien even to the anesthesiologist whose name I can’t remember but I was in capable hands. It’s been a year and no problems at all. Job well done !!!!!

Dr. O'Brien is awesome & So is his nurse Jill. I had been to 3 other doctors before him & was diagnosed differently from all 3. By the time I got to O'Brien I was truly scared about what was wrong with me. Dr. O'Brien confirmed my hearing loss, but made me aware it was not from infection like I thought. I'm not scared any more. Thank you so much Dr. O'Brien. & nurse JILL for being the sweetest.

I’m fighting a little known disease called Pemphigoid. Dr. O’Brien is one of the few that has experience in treating it. His knowledge put me at ease. Practical steps in treatment and cooperation with my rheumatologist, dermatologist and oral pathologist make a strong team and boost my confidence. Thankful for being his patient.

I had a peroration in my eardrum that wasn’t healing on it’s own so I was referred to Dr. O’Brien for a tympanoplasty. It was my first surgery so I was a little nervous but he took the time to answer all my questions and walked me through the entire process. The surgery was successful and my eardrum is back to normal. He was great!

Dr O'Brian performed a septoplasty and turbinate reduction on me and I was very pleased with the outcome.I can now breathe easier and have less drainage than before.I found Dr O'Brian and all the staff at the Bethel Road surgical center to be kind, caring and very professional.I had almost no pain after the surgery and I would absolutely recommend Dr O'Brian as a first class ENT doctor

I liked Dr. O'Brien because he listened carefully and was sensitive to my concerns and was to the point with his answers. He reviewed my testing with me and explained his recommendation clearly as well as an option for further testing. I chose further testing and his staff made all of the arrangements. Dr. O' Brien's medical assistant called me with the result of the test and was equally clear explaining the results. I called her later with further questions and she was very receptive and I felt very comfortable expressing my concerns. I would recommend Dr. O'Brien and his staff without hesitation.

I can’t say enough about Dr O’Brien. He performed a difficult surgery on my ear that gave me back my hearing that I had lost. He is professional and courteous and I feel lucky to have had him for my surgeon.
