Bradley A. Otto's Online Review Report Card

my first Visit to the Ohio State facility was on April 19th with Dr Cho because of a mass over my left eye. No one in Evansville Indiana could tell me what it was or was willing to deal with it. Actually a plastic surgeon was ready to do the wrong surgery. I researched orbital tumors on Google and found Dr Cho and his videos. I did my research to make sure my insurance was accepted at Ohio State. I knew at a minimum that I was in the right place by starting with Dr Cho. I knew that Dr Cho worked with E,N,Ts and other specialists. We had to bring up an IT person to open the CT and MRI scans from Evansville. But as soon as Dr Cho saw them he told me this was more of a sinus problem. He immediately contacted Dr Otto who was not actually in his office on that day. But since my wife and I drove almost 6 hours, Dr Otto told Dr Cho to tell us he was only 5 minutes away and not to reschedule. Dr Otto also looked at my scans. Both doctors were a little surprised that no one in Evansville knew what was in my scans. A week and a half later April 28th I had my surgery. That Friday night after my surgery was a bit rough. But about halfway through the night I started feeling better. I have improved greatly everyday since my surgery. I have a follow up with Dr Otto this Friday the 12th. I have had several surgeries since my accident in 2016. The Dr Cho, Dr Otto and the rest of the entire staff are 2nd to none. Not complaining about the care I received with all of my surgeries and staff at the facilities in Evansville. But the difference is like night and day. My wife tends to stress about all of my surgeries since my accident in 2016. The staff at the Wexner medical center on 915 Olentangy River Rd made her feel welcome and informed throughout the entire process. Dr Cho. Thank you for seeing me and connecting me with Dr Otto. Maybe I'll see you this Friday. The staff at 915 Olentangy River Rd again, are 2nd to none. Thank you for all you have done for me.

Dr. Otto did my Septoplasty and Septal Perforation repair and he has been nothing short of amazing. The surgery was a success and he was very informative and available to answer any and all questions and everything went better than I expected.

He is handsome, upbeat and very thorough. Answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. So grateful for him!

You always hope for getting a good doctor but also having one with great bedside manner - Dr. Otto is the total package. He is my husband's ENT. Performed nasal polyp surgery in the past. When surgery was completed, took me into private room (where I saw other doctors talking to family members in the main patient waiting area). Took his time explaining everything, but also answered my questions. I didn't feel rushed or that I was keeping him. He also called my husband to follow up after the surgery. What doctor calls a patient nowadays. It really shows that he cares about his patients. My husband continues to see him on occasion and was referred to another colleague for a special therapy which is working wonderfully. We cannot thank him enough. My daughter has also seen him and had a wonderful experience. If anyone is looking for a solid ENT, go to Dr. Otto.

Dr.Otto is amazing doctor that care about his patients. Wish I could find a Primary doctor like him .

I have suffered with serious sinus infections for over 50 years.After seeing Dr. Otto, Dr. Kim I have had very few sinus problems.You have some problems with getting your messages to him but all is worth it.Very thorough and personable.If you have sinus problems this is the specialist you want to see.

Dr. Otto is the most amazing medical professional and person. He takes his time with patients and makes you feel at ease. I credit him with giving me a quality of life I didnt know if I would ever have again. Thank you Dr. Otto.

This place scheduled me an appointment on the 10th of March 3 months ago and canceled it on me 1 week prior of the appointment. They rescheduled me another appointment on the 23rd of March and once again canceled my appointment on the 17th of March. I thought this was a good place to go but I refuse to go to osu again.
