Saw this doctor for chronic nasal congestion and the two medicines he prescribed me are commonly known to make almost all of my symptoms worse as side effects, INCLUDING DIFFICULTY BREATHING. One of them commonly causes heavy nose bleeds even though I told him my blood doesn't clot (hemophilia) so that's a huge issue for me. He doesn't seem like anything more than a drug salesman. Not even half a week into my own drug free backup treatment (fasting and Wim Hof method) and I'm already having success in treating my symptoms. This doctor doesn't know how to heal people, especially by natural means, and seems to only know which drugs to match up with whatever symptoms you have. Will not be returning or recommending.

I came in to fix my deviated septum and improve some imperfections about my nose, which he had noticed and told me he was going to improve. a year and a half after my work with him, my nose looks A MILLION times worse than before and I am still having trouble breathing through my nose. Not only this, but my smile has been altered and has not gone back to normal after over 1.5 years. his work on my nose has completely ruined my self confidence and i am extremely disappointed. I now have to pay over $30,000 to reverse the damage he has done to my face. he has told me if I would like another surgeon in his department to fix this I would be having to pay a substantial amount. Making the decision to get surgery with Dr. Nesemeier is a huge regret and I absolutely do not recommend him for any nose surgery. my nose and face now looks horrible from every angle and ruined my nose and did very differently than what he said to fix before surgery.
