Dr. Brent Bickel gave me one of the best 1st impressions of any doctor or specialist that I have seen in the last 10 years & I've seen many. He is a younger looking doctor with old school doctors great "bedside manner" & seemed to genuinely care! He made me feel at ease which is hard to do due to my having panic & anxiety disorders.He did a thorough exam of my hands for carpal tunnel. He read my ENG test & moved my fingers & hands to double check that the physical exam matched the written test results.He also checked my wrist to elbow & elbow to shoulder. I had been telling my family doctor that my pains started in my neck. He agreed that there seems to be some issues going on between my neck, arms, & back.I left feeling like I definitely need the surgery. Dr. Bickel knew that I am in a lot of pain & was able to fit me in within the next month. He answered a of my questions in a very reassuring way. I would recommend Dr. Brent Bickel to all of my friends & family.

Had my appt on a Wed. Short wait time, sat down to fill out paper work and was called back before I could finish. Nurses were pleasant and didn't waste time once I was in the exam room. Dr Bickel came in, looked at my injury, told me it needs surgery, and got me scheduled for the following Monday! I felt comfortable and at ease with him. Professional yet human at the same time.
