Brightview Columbus West Addiction Treatment Center's Online Review Report Card

I am proud to say brightview has saved my life the staff are all wonderful kind people they welcomed me made me feel like family the first day . If your struggling and need help don't hesitate to come join the family 🙂

Was very optimistic about talking to somebody about needing help in fear of being judged. I took the leap to get help and they did just that. Things have been 100% since I came here, and the people are friendly and seem compassionate about my situation.

Please if you're trying to get sober go to a different place. I've been a patient there for 4 years (while staying clean) and they don't care about their clientele at all. They'll change your medicine because they got in trouble for over prescribing Suboxone to people. Every time you go and you will see a different doctor and counselor so they won't know or care about your personal care. They were a really good company when they started but they decided to just keep opening more facilities rather then concentrate on the ones they had. Please if you're trying to get sober go somewhere else I beg you.(I just wanted to add of course there is going to be really good people working for this company but they're not the ones in charge and it will not translate to your care.)

I have had nothing but good experience with this place... The people.. and the other patients. This is truly the place you need to be if you are serious about getting help and takeing the first steps on the road to recovery.

I'm not sure who they're paying to write their reviews but my experience differs!! I started at the clinic on the Westside of Columbus and the clinic and staff were amazing!! Then, I moved and transferred to the clinic on the east, Whitehall. The staff is completely unprofessional!! Jay, the manager, will lie to clients, to serve his needs. Alex wasy group therapist. I left when she asked me, in front of the group, if anyone ever told me I had RBF. SERIOUSLY, TO A CLIENT?!?! NO REPERCUSSIONS!! I have been requesting my UDS be sent to my probation officer for over a year with no response!!!! I have never felt less important than I did hete!! Thankfully, I found much better and more caring and professional clinics and have referred people AWAY from Brightview.!! If you care about recovery DO NOT USE BRIGHTVIEW!!!!

An amazing place with amazing people, who actually care for people. No judgement, no stigmatization, just people helping those who have the desire and drive to stay sober.

I cannot express how much I recommend Brightview. The staff, especially Brittany, goes above and beyond the call of duty to help and treat those struggling with addiction and mental health issues. It's so wonderful to know that clinicians working for Brightview are there to truly help those fighting addiction. You will be happy you reached out to Brightview.

Absolutely love all of office staff they are exceptional as always..they make me feel at ease every vist.. The doctors I see are fantastic

From the day I came into today even though I'm bi-weekly I still want to be a part of the group's the atmosphere there everybody is very helpful has from day one band extremely kind answers all my questions never makes you feel like you are in the wrong for anything that you've done you were there to get help and they make sure that you know this it's a very comfortable very safe place to be very inspiring and the other individuals that are there with you your peers well look upon you as they look at themselves and when we are all there we all succeed I very much enjoyed my time there I didn't feel wrong for my relapse when it did happen I felt very invited I got wonderful information and everything that I have learned has stuck with me and I share it with others even outside of the facility thank you for all your doing and I look forward to even more interactions as time goes on

This place along with columbus springs IOP saved my life. For the last time. They offer IOP on zoom, so easy. doctors are prompt, but let you know the plan. I was in and out my first day of intake in under 2 hours! Not to say that will happen ever again, could've been a slow day. But every time I go to pick up meds, its painless for the most part. Only painful part is driving from UA to the Columbus West location, but besides that..totally try it out.
