His office may have issues with receptionists. Now moving to the online scheduling wad a change but it is much better than before. My son has been going there for ADHD and other behaviors and we have had a great experience with K. Snell. She has been very receptive and attentive to our family needs.
stay far away from this place. I went in for a first time session and disclosed that I've been feeling hopeless and lost to a "therapist" and immediately was forced to go to dublin springs for an "assessment" (which was conducted over the phone....as i was sitting in a patient room). I was told that if i didn't take myself to dublin springs, that the police would be showing up at my door and taking me there. If i had to guess, i bet this place gets a kickback for every patient they refer to dublin springs. Very sad. do yourself a big favor for your mental health and take your business elsewhere
I love my therapist, but changes due to the purchase by a large national medical group have made seeing my therapist difficult. There are no support staff any longer. They want you to do everything through an app, which doesn't always work. You cannot contact any support staff to help you with an issue (e.g., insurance) because no one replies to voicemail messages or email. This is a terrible way to run a business. You cannot get to the restroom because there are no support staff to unlock the door. You have to use your therapy time. The building is creepy because it is so quiet. They just want to take your money. Several therapists have left. My advice is go somewhere else.
Reading other reviews, it seems like this is an ongoing issue but was scheduled for ADHD testing with a therapist and she did not do ADHD testing. I did not find this out until I sat down with the therapist. "Have you been in therapy before" "Yes, I'm in therapy, I'm here for ADHD testing." "Oh! I don't do ADHD testing, let's get this settled up front." like??? really? whoever is reading / receiving the referrals may need to get tested themselves because yikes. My doc referred me specifically for ADHD testing yet they still did not schedule me correctly. The therapist was lovely and once you're in things are good but good lord does it seem like they have scheduling issues.
Bethanne Swick is amazing! I've had the privilege of working with her for 17 sessions, since June 2024, and I'm constantly learning and growing. As someone who was once skeptical about therapy, I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. Don't give up until you find the perfect fit - it took me years to discover my gem. I feel deeply understood and comfortable with Bethanne, and she makes it clear that she's a human being just like me, even sharing relatable experiences. She's made my life with Autism, ADHD, and CPTSD significantly more manageable, one empowering session at a time.
I have been going here for several years. Everything was going well minus a few billing issues that were corrected. Suddenly in December my therapist canceled our appointment supposedly due to illness. After a month I tried to contact her to reschedule. I didn't hear from her. I called the office and got vm. I left a message about scheduling. I didn't get a return call. Two days later I did again and realized call back to let me know what was happening. Nothing. I was looking for an obit or something, thankfully that wasn't the case.Thank God I don't have a sever mental health problem... is it ethical to not tell someone they need to find a new therapist for whatever reason? My anxiety all over the place wondering 'what I did'. We seemed to get along so well. I'm very sad and hesitant to start such a relationship again with a new therapist.
Scheduled for an ADHD evaluation just so I could take the day off work, drive 30 minutes so they could tell me the provider they scheduled me with doesn’t do ADHD evaluations. They couldn’t have even given me a heads up so save the gas money and waste of time.
If I could give negative stars I would. They never answer the phone, the front office is unprofessional and clueless, the office is dirty AND they billing is awful. They don’t tel you what dates of service they are billing, won’t supply itemized invoices and 5 months after my daughter left they are still sending me bills and not recognizing payments I’ve made. DONT GO HERE!!!!
If I could give this business 0 stars I would proudly do so. Yeah, their billing can be a mess but overall they get it sorted out. The lady at the front desk is always kind and polite which is the star. Plenty of negatives about this place. It's a disgusting facility. At no time does it feel clean but that can be a matter of perspective. My experience with my 7 year old child was rotten. The therapist and also the director flat out refused to answer 3 basic questions about my child's care. They refused to include my input when establishing a diagnosis for my child which by the way I have legal final medical decision making for my child. A year later (now) they wanted to meet to clear up any discrepancies. Really? I asked if my child has been treated for the diagnosis and they refuse to answer. I've asked why I wasn't included. Again, refused to answer. I asked why there was zero (yes.....zero) documentation listed for my child's past visits, diagnosis, etc on the patient portal. Can you guess? Zero answer again. All I can think of is that they are trying their hardest to avoid any malpractice lawsuit. Not even the director at the practice would answer these questions. The answer I have been given is to request records. Shameful, unethical, and totally unprofessional. This was actually the case during her entire care. Therapist had a horrible time with digital communication. The verbal communication wasn't that much better honestly. I'm sure she has a good heart but is a terrible therapist and my child has plenty of experience with a variety of therapists. This place was the worst of them all. Overall, I would say the review average rating is spot on or not telling enough. It should be closer to 1 star in all reality. I truly pity anyone going to this place of business in hopes that it will improve their own lives or their children's. A complete disgrace to the field of mental health.
Was scheduled for an after hours appointment but never received a link. Called and left a voice mail about my appointment; they called me back the next day and said my appointment had been for the day prior. Which I knew and was the issue I was calling about. I called them back and left a voicemail to book an after hours appointment and asked for a call back after 11 am. They called back the next day at 9 am to offer a 1 pm appointment.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
