When asked about my diagnosis and further care from her was told “I’m a surgeon” and was referred to another physician who knows nothing about neurogenic bladder care. I’ve NEVER been talked down to by a Dr. u til Dr. Moore.

Dr. Moore was recommended as a second opinion for my mother after numerous infections. She worked diligently to pursue options that led to a full recovery. She is an exceptional listener and a very considerate diagnostician

I saw Dr. Courtney Moore for a prolapse It was a very bad experience I was sent to her from my gynecologist because I preferred a woman doctor I felt she was very impersonal she was so rude and unprofessional She couldn't find a prolapse and my gynecologist has confirmed three times now that I have a prolapse. So now I am still stuck with a $700 bill and I still have a prolapse I just wanted to get this problem fixed I am now weary of going to another doctor because of my bad experience with her I wrote a review before but I see that only the good reviews are posted BUT I make sure I tell everybody about my experience with Dr. Courtney Moore I hear all kinds of good things about the Cleveland clinic so this is not a bad review for Cleveland clinic it is just a review for one of their doctors

She was extremely kind and made me feel very comfortable. She even went the extra mile to find another urologist in my city (I live 2.5 hours away.). She told me what to expect and what I needed to do on my end. I actually wish she practiced closer to where I live!
