5 months later and still no call back. I called to schedule an appointment in March, they informed me that there is up to a two month wait to schedule, but I understood, and I was fine with that. I finally get a call and an email in May about scheduling an appointment but I was unable to answer. Called back 5 minutes later and email. Crickets. I called back and emailed multiple time over the last 3 months they to get an appointment schedule but every time, they say they’ll send a message and someone will call me back. Still nothing.

Dr. William Hanna was amazing. He treated me with kindness and compassion. I so wish he could be a family Dr. that’s how well my experience was at this center. Please if you are in serious need please come and request to see this man. You will not regret it. 🙏

Terrible. Took months to get in and they scheduled three appointments for an adhd diagnosis. The first appointment was to tell us about the test. The second appointment was to administer the test and the third was to give us the results of the test. And after that you have to wait for them to provide a write up for you, then you need to make an appointment with your general practitioner to review the write up to get a prescription. We started this process with them six months ago and I still don’t have the paperwork that I was promised weeks ago.
