Thank you Jerry! My oxygen concentrator went out over the weekend (terrifying!) so I called DASCO’s emergency line to request a technician come out and help as I am dependent on oxygen 24/7. This was the first time the box went completely out and I was so worried. Jerry called within an hour and was so friendly on the phone. He knew the box model and was over at my house quickly with a replacement and assurance that it wouldn’t happen with the new box. He went through the indicators on the new box just in case. Jerry was calm, funny, and made the entire situation better. I so appreciate the quick help and solution! Thanks so much Jerry!

Jerry and Kevin, the delivery guys, were great. They were on time, friendly, and hard workers.

My husband got to come home on the 18th but had to have oxygen at night to sleep with.We're in Mount Vernon so didn't get home till about dark. I called and they assured me that he would get it that night. It was about 10:30 pm, but Jerry was the most polite and caring person. I'm not sure if this is where he's out of Or if it's the Westerville office, but he's a keeper. Thanks Jerry for being so caring and kind.

Jerry came out to our house early in the morning today. He was absolutely amazing and a complete blessing to our family! He changed the machine and showed us everything we needed! Thank You Jerry!

Corby delivered a hospital bed to my house for Karen Matrka That was in a car accident and he was very friendly doing extra to put it up. He told me he sees many sad situations. he said he takes time to talk to the patients that are alone. One patient passed overnight after he spent time with her. He was glad he did. Another man was a vet snd kids were too far to visit so he took time on his weekend to have lunch with him. It touched me that a young man was so kind. He said he loves his job and wakes up glad to go to work. I wanted to tip him but he said no but I could leave a review. Please take care of a good worker like Corby so the world will be z better place. Thanks Corby.

On Friday 2/18/22 (which so happened to be my birthday and we had reservations to go out to dinner, which unfortunately we had to cancel.) I called DASCO's customer service 5 times starting at 9 am and was told no one comes in till 11 and to call back then. Which I did and was told we were the next stop. Well no word at 2 so I called back. Again told the same thing. Called again at 3, 4 and then at 5 and told not to worry the driver had to go back to the warehouse but he would be at our home still on he 18th. Never a phone call or anything and now it is 9:33 am and I have called with no luck. Thank goodness we have switched to HOSPICE and their customer service is amazing. I also love that you have to click at least 1 star to be able to post because I would not have even given them that. Not to mention the bed they delivered had a large dip in the middle and even though I bought a 4 inch foam at $350 the bed could not be used. Helen Conway

On November 24, 2021- My CPAP finally came in and I had been waiting for awhile and really excited! It has been hard road not being able to sleep and get proper rest; it was taking a toll on me- with my health (physical and mental). Krista, Darrien, and Thereasa all went out their way to make sure I had the recommended mask, which I prefered. It was out of stock at their location, however, they called around till they was able to find a location to give it to me on their behalf. I really appreciated their efforts and their ability to recognize I was at my wits end with situation (condition) and finally being able to start treatment. I am very grateful and thankful-the day before Thanksgiving! I was truly thankful for Krista, Darrien, and Thereasa!
