I have been with Dr. Wininger 5+ years, He is truly an exceptional MD. He treats my HIV infection and is extremely knowledgeable on the viral condition, he has truly saved me from so many OI's and kept my VL <40 for many years. Doctor Wininger takes his time with me, never a rushed appointment. He is well known in the HIV care for his patients. I would obviously recommend him for ID managed care. Ohio State University is an outstanding care facility, the best in Ohio. Respectfully and with Honor
