If you work your therapy and fall down because you run out of your medication please avoid this place at all costs I ran into a situation where unfortunately I have not been on my Prozac or buspirone for over a month and I called a number and they told me to come to this place and they would get me all taken care of my mom brought me and they told me that they would get me medicine so my mom waited for me but then they never even scanned me in and left me there for 24 hours and treated me like I was having withdrawal symptoms the orderlies showed compassion to the homeless however less compassion to those with addiction they didn't understand how people are unable to regulate their emotions and unfortunately for two days almost I sit there and watched orderlies Get Physical with people like me that just need treatment and couldn't regulate and they were punished for it and here I am I've already been through treatment working my treatment I'm seeing what happens if I'm not on my medicine I came here to get my medicine and now they put me in here and I'm trying to explain I'm not in the right place and I'm being told to shut up take my medicine it was horrible I will go ahead and contact the news and everybody I need I think this is an awesome idea but the execution is horrible and it is really cost me mentally
The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, they had amazing resources for our situation, however, the wait times were incredibly long and discharge took forever. He didn't know if he was getting out or being held overnight. The therapist they put him with was awesome, she helped a lot.
They tackle people and hurt people. I dont know how they get away with this.
They lock you up and never let you leave.
Horrible place terrible staff
Horrible place, do not send friends and family. My Son was here and they gave away his clothes, shoes and cellphone to another patient.
Sherri at the front desk is extremely rude and has no business interacting with the general public during such sensitive times for patients, friends, and families. We were told we could visit and when attempting to we were told by Sherri that we could not visit because “the man that does visits doesn’t have time.” After requesting to speak with the provider she was kind and coordinated a visit and was able to provide more information. This place needs to do better.
If 0 was an option that would be it. I will update with more details at a later date but if you or loved one has food allergies, autoimmune, or is on medications for anxiety,insomnia,adhd,crohns/IBD/UC DO NOT come or send them here. They are not equipped for it.
Denying emergency medication refills is irresponsible, especially in patients with severe and chronic mental health conditions and additional history of suicidal tendencies. You’d have a better bet at the emergency room, these people do not truly care about patients accessing care.
I recently went in on Saturday evening. They were so friendly and instantly asked if I were hungry. I was having a rough time and several team members came to just to ask if I'm ok and if they could do anything. They made it feel personal. Like family, I would highly recommend!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
