Dr. Fleming entered the office 90 minutes after the appointment time. She was in the room no more than five minutes. She answered no questions and offered no help beyond "Call if you want to see us again." Did not introduce herself. Her only comment about my complaint was "I don't see any floaters. They are common with age."

Dr. Fleming walked into the office 90 minutes after the appointed time. She did not introduce herself or give any evidence of knowing my name. She was in the office no more than 5 minutes and looked in my eves less than two minutes. Her total information for me was "I don't see any floaters. They are common with aging." I can give her that she did no harm to me. This was of VERY little use.

After two hours of waiting, dr. Fleming did not have any answers to my questions. Although polite she flatly refused to provide any information about my condition.
