I searched around for a while to find somewhere for ADHD testing and many places had a waitlist or had lots of hoops to jump through. I was recommended to InMind by OneHealth for diagnostic testing. I managed to get in within a couple weeks of calling, had testing done, everything thoroughly explained by Dr. Davis who is extremely knowledgeable! I didn’t even have to request my results records they sent them two days after our last appointment.

Dr. Davis provided some of the best psychiatric care! I've never had a physician truly care about his patients. As someone who works in healthcare and along side physicians daily, he is one of the best! The office staff were very pleasant and provided excellent customer service and assistance. Would recommend anyone for neurofeedback through Comprehensive Services

The staff and doctors, while friendly, struggle with communication, which has been frustrating. Despite expressing my willingness to cooperate, there has been a lack of directness in their communication, leading to unnecessary delays and wasted time dealing with insurance and medical inquiries. Waiting three months for a simple predetermination feels disrespectful, especially when I would have appreciated straightforward communication regarding their acceptance policy. Edited: Additionally, conflicting information regarding the submission of documents to insurance has only added to the confusion. It's perplexing and disheartening, as it seems they may have been intentionally creating obstacles. Clarification and better communication would greatly improve the situation. Even the insurance agent expressed confusion over their behavior. Furthermore, their unresponsiveness to phone calls has forced me to make numerous in-person visits, adding further inconvenience.

Dr. Davis and his staff was amazing in taking great care of me. They were patient and very responsive. The process to get my diagnoses was so smooth and I am so happy to finally have some answers to some of my struggles in life. They helped me start a new journey in my mental health and I am forever greatful! Thank you Dr. Davis for your patience and care!

Making an appointment here is so easy! Everyone in the office is so friendly and helpful. Dr. Davis made the ADHD testing process seamless and I felt very heard and listened to. I definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a psychologist.

I've have been blessed with their services for the last 9 years. They are an amazing group of mental healthcare professionals who truly care about you, your life, and helping you overcome your challenges. Andrea, the receptionist, is a fantastic lady always willing to help where she can and answer whatever questions she is able. If you're tired of mental healthcare that is less than personal or those that seem too busy to actually listen, pay attention, or who just want to slap a pharmaceutical band-aid on your issues then I would highly recommend you give Comprehensive a try. They know what it means to give the personal touch and take a real interest in the lives their patients. Edit/Update: 2022 - I have not been to Comprehensive Services in several years. I know, however, that Andrea has left the company. I can no longer recommend this company. Please treat all that I have previously said with a grain of salt.

I have been seeing Dr. Richard Davis, clinician and owner of Comprehensive Services, for over a year now. I came in initially on a weekly basis for a trauma crisis, and have stayed on at a biweekly schedule because he is an excellent support for my ongoing mental wellness. I have recommended his practice to friends and family and will continue to do so. Comprehensive Services is a great fit for anyone looking to either work through current life stressors/challenges, or to resolve family-of-origin issues to improve relationships in the present. I look forward to my sessions. Office staff is also welcoming and warm, and has quickly responded and resolved the requests I have had over the last year with rescheduling needs, and the facility is clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.
