I am still in shock with how happy I am with my results. Dr. Horowitz is kind and patient. Him and his team go above and beyond to provide the most wonderful experience from my consultation to now 2 months post-op.

Been window shopping for quite a few years for an excellent certified plastic surgeon that was in my own state. Finally decided to go ahead with it, had few consults then the pandemic put a stop to the process. Disappointed but that actually gave me time to find the one and only Dr. Jeff Horowitz of Bel Air and his phenomenal staff!!! From initial consult to my first post op appointment, they all have been NOTHING but extraordinary. I’m hard to sell and like I said, I had a few consults prior to meeting Dr Horowitz but as soon as I met him, I had the feeling he was the one. Michele (office manager) made the process sooooo extra easy. Call, text, email her anytime. She will get right back to you within hours or maybe even the same hour. We had a hiccup (out of their control) which made them have to reschedule my initial surgery date :( I received a personal call from the Dr and Michele that same day. That alone awards 5 stars!!! Dr Horowitz’s bedside manner is so mild. He’s not arrogant like MOST surgeons. My husband even spoke highly of him after his (once again) personal phone call the evening after my surgery to check on me. I work in the medical field and I know personally how some surgeons can act. This experience exceeded my expectations!!! Thank you a million times over Dr. Horowitz, Michele, and staff!!!!

I was in town visiting family and had heard great things about Dr Horowitz. He squeezed both me and my fiancé into his schedule during the holidays. We both wanted fillers and a little Botox and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Very natural looking and he really spent time explaining and making sure we were happy. I will definitely make it a point to see him when back home every year

Dr. Horowitz is very personable, patient, gentle and compassionate with his patients. He takes time, explains and answers all your questions and never makes you feel rushed. He did skin removal on me and did a great job. I would recommend him to anyone needing any cosmetic or plastic surgery. Michele and his staff are very helpful and friendly. Three weeks ago, Dr. Horowitz performed a lower face lift, to eliminate the fat in my neck. I am ecstatic with my results!! The first 7 days were a bit rough -- swelling and bruising, which is absolutely normal. Every day since I have seen remarkable improvement. The results I wanted was a fresher face, and that's what I got. If you are looking for a good plastic surgeon you need to seriously consider Dr. Horowitz.

Dr. Horowitz recently performed a breast lift, implants, and lipo on me at the Harford County Ambulatory Surgery Center. I knew Dr. Horowitz was a great fit for me the moment I met him. His staff is very friendly and inviting, especially Michele, who I was working with to set up the surgery, logistics, etc. I have never felt more at ease and taken care of like I was as soon as I walked into the office the first time. Dr. Horowitz is realistic and honest... he flat out told me he would not do a tummy tuck because I didn't need it. He was straight forward and honest about what I can expect from my results, which is very admirable and comforting. His professionalism and that of his staff can be matched by no other. I would highly recommend Dr. Horowitz for any cosmetic surgery needs you may have!

As we all age, we can only hope to be able to afford a plastic surgeon to help keep us looking young. I live in the Harrisburg area and travel to Maryland to see Dr. Horowitz. His love, passion, and skill levels are notable noticed. My results are amazing, and he has made it affordable for me to be able to continue to see him on as an needed basis. I will continue to travel to see him versus any doctor in Harrisburg area. He and his staff are the best of the best; better than any I have seen in the Harrisburg area. He truly cares about you and the end result you are trying to achieve, and I find his prices much better than any in this area. You will love his work too. He is10 stars in my book.

I was beyond thrilled with Dr Horowitz and his staff. They were available at any time day or night. I'm very pleased with my results and the care I received under his supervision. I highly recommend Dr Horowitz for your plastic surgery needs.

I could not imagine anyone else working on me but Dr. Horowitz and his staff! Michele and him were amazing and supported me every step of the way. They both took the time to get to know me as a person not just as a patient. I was struggling lossing stubborn baby fat after pregnancy and it seemed like nothing was working. That is when I turned to Dr. Horowitz in hopes of achieving my goal. I am proud to say that I went down from a large to a small top, a size 13 to a size 6 and from 178 lbs to 135 lbs and I continue to see more a more results every week. I am very impressed with my results so far!The best part is that I did this at a young age (22) so I can really enjoy the long lasting results of my new figure!My recovery was very quick and practically painless. This was my first surgical procedure performed and I am already looking foward to my breast augmentation to enhance what Dr. Horowitz has helped me achieve.
