Dr. Mindel is my doctor for my sleep apnea. I trust his guidance immensely, and he has helped me manage something I have had for years. Since he became my Dr, I don't feel as tired. I thank him for that!

This was my first time seeing this doctor and will be my last. If you are telling me to do something and I ask you a question that is related to what is going on and you can't answer it then that scares me. The fact that you didn't go ask somebody else is more terrifying. If you don't know what lucid dreaming or sleep paralysis is then we have nothing else to talk about. Basically you wasted my time coming all the way to your office when you could have called me on the phone.
