I waited hours to be seen at every visit, and this was a common experience for everyone I talked to in the waiting room. Her explanation of my surgery was very rushed and I didn’t have time to ask questions. I WOKE UP in the middle of my tear duct replacement surgery and she never acknowledged it happened or apologized to me.

I’m not sure of the negative reviews. I got right in to see Dr. Foster and everything was great. Surgery positive. She was amazing! This was a few years ago.

I thought I was the only one who had to wait an excessive amount of time to be seen. As other's mentioned, I was taken to the back and waited two hours for a rushed visit of less than 5 minutes from Dr. Foster (who wasn't that friendly). I had to follow-up and call because they didn't send me the email information the office was supposed to send. It was a complete waste of time and consultation fee. Very disappointed!

Dr Foster explained my procedure thoroughly on my first appointment. When I went in for my surgery, I had no wait and it took a short time for the actual numbing and surgery. Dr Foster talked to me through it, telling me exactly what she was doing. It was over before I could even worry about it. I highly recommend her.

Dr Foster took amazing care of my mother. Her follow up calls were compassionate and extremely helpful. I’d recommend her to other friends and family.

Dr. Foster did an EYELID lift on both eyes. The right one was drooping most. The surgery she performed, however, was to lift above both EYEBROWS. The surgery was a total failure. The droopy eyelid is now more droopy than ever.

Went to Dr Foster for eye lids (lift)and insurance approved it. Surgery was scheduled Dec 11 So the week before I called and asked if anyone from office called to get a release from cardiologist. They said no and office would call so I called Monday (2 days before surgery) Still never called cardiologist and they said to me: It should be okay your just bruise more from your aspirin. 😳 Then I said to office staff you didn’t send any work orders for my EKG, or blood work to my family doctor to be released for surgery. She then said I’ll set up appointment her at surgery center right before your surgery. I CANCELED THE ENTIRE SURGERY. WAY TO SCARY FOR ME. Deborah
