I am a patient of Dr. Cloyd's at The Ohio State University James Cancer Center. I was referred to him by my PC at Mount Carmel when I was presented with evidence of abnormal liver tumors. He was very supportive and informative every step of the way. He is incredibly personable and knowledgeable - a dynamite combination when you are in one of the worst situations of your life. He was able to successfully remove the largest tumor and continues to monitor the other smaller legions on my liver. I look forward to every follow-up visit that I have with him and his colleagues. He is not only an amazing surgeon and specialist, but an equally amazing person. I highly recommend him for anyone that needs GI, hepatic, or other related specialist cancer care.

Dr Cloyd is at Ohio State now (as mentioned by another reviewer) and he is wonderful. Kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. Did an amazing job with my surgery and follow up care. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr Cloyd is now at Ohio State Columbus,OH. I saw him in December of 2017 for my initial consult then in January of 2018 for my pre-op visit. Very professional, very kind, very helpful. 2 of my daughters were with me in January with many reservations but after meeting Dr Cloyd they were at ease with moving forward with surgery. Luckily with pre-op scans we found that surgery was not needed. Thank you Dr Cloyd for everything!
