The wait time was over 2 hours. He does not explain test results and is always in a hurry to leave. He has excellent surgical skills but is socially inept.

Dr Pappa is an incredible doctor. My surgery was quick and painless and the next day, when I had my bandage taken off, I was seeing 20/25. I couldn't even read any letters on the eye chart before the surgery. Now a week after both eye surgeries I have 20/20. I went from wearing thick glasses and everything looking dull and fuzzy to now my vision is sharp and everything looks bright and colorful. Dr. Pappa changed my life.

While Dr. Pappa may have expertise in eye care, I have concerns. My parents had an appointment recently & their time in his office was three hours!! A test was performed as well as a consultation with both a nurse & Dr. Pappa. Their wait time for previous appointments has always been at least 2 hrs., so a long wait is not a one time issue. My biggest concern is the amount of time spent in his office during a pandemic. The patient was in a large waiting room & the other parent in a different wait area. While seating provided social distancing it was still exposure to a lot of people for each them for a long period of time. A three hour wait is not OK. That many patients waiting as well as family members waiting is not OK. During this time when extreme caution is needed his office environment is not OK. My 2 star rating is generous.

Dr. Pappa is the best! He is worth the wait. He saved my MIL's vision and treated her with kindness and superior care. He truly knows what he is doing. I highly recommend him.

Dr Pappa saved my mother's vision ten years ago when other doctors said they could do nothing for her! He is a very compassionate doctor and an excellent surgeon who is well worth any wait in his office!

Dr Pappa is an outstanding glaucoma specialists. The specialty itself demands a variation of time depending on the problems and the severity of the problem on that day. He spends whatever time is necessary to give the best care to each patient.

I am under treatment of Dr Papp for my glaucoma His staff is courteous and place is nice. Buti i Have several time bad experience of waiting unreasonably long time. D r. Pappa's office over book patients that they Can not pay attention and take Care of them. I want to tell hi m that our time is. As important as that of his time. Also I beleive he is very experience and good doctor by profession, but he does not communicates much with his patient much.
