Kenneth Moran's Online Review Report Card

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Trixie who works the front desk is incredibly rude and inconsiderate. I questioned the amounts she was charging me, and after that it went down hill. She would tell me my insurance wasn't active, when it was. She said i needed to pay completely out of pocket for all of my prenatal visits because i couldn't be trusted. She told me, it was people like me that caused them to be $40k in debt. She became very rude, refused to let me speak to the Dr. At this point I'm 22 weeks pregnant and she refused to let me be seen without literally paying her a couple thousand dollars. I called my insurance and was told all of my prenatal visits are covered and I just have a $30 co pay. I relayed the message to Trixie and she said she is charging me this amount because I'm difficult. She said normally people just pay and don't question the amount. I tried going to multiple different Dr's at this point because I needed to be seen. I was told by all of them I was too far along to be a new patient. If I really wanted to be seen I would just have to go to the emergency room, which i did. I had to go the rest of my pregnancy without any type of prenatal care. This was my first pregnancy and I spent countless nights in tears worried whether my baby was ok. My first pregnancy experience was completely ruined by this office. I had to go to one of those ultrasound places just so I could hear his heartbeat. I can't stress enough not to go to this office. It's too bad because I liked the Dr but his gatekeeper Trixie only allows people SHE likes in.

I love Dr Moran so my much my next so. Has his middle name. He delivered my first son 3 child and shared the news with me that I was pregnant with twins. He transferred to his new practice so I miss him as my doctor. Always showed he cared about my health all the way around and my babies.

A MEAN AND UNCARING HORRIBLE DOCTOR. MY DAUGHTER HAS PTSD FROM HER ENCOUNTER WITH HIM.

Dr. Moran always appeared very interested in my well being and took time to discuss my health conditions with me, as well as other concerns. He took me off the medication my primary care physician kept re-prescribing because recent research indicated I needed to take a break from it. I moved out of state shortly thereafter and got a new doctor. She agreed with Dr. Moran that I should have been taken off the medication. I am also very pleased with the results of the surgery he performed.

Dr. Moran is wonderful!! He helped me with a problem saw me right away I needed to be seen was a new patient they said come in he will see urgent emergencies he did and is so nice and he helped me and is still helping me he called me to see how I was doing. I was shocked and surprised I was so happy and appreciative. The office staff is also very nice and very helpful even with the insurance . I am very happy 5 and more stars JK

This office is horrible. This place is ran by an OBGYN and manager / husband & wife team, and they suck. The doctor doesn't want to be there (obvious at every appointment) and the wife is too busy egotistically battling patients for mental superiority to be of any real use. Honestly, do yourself a favor and find a place that actually cares for it's expecting mothers, not one that feigns it.

The front office staff are rude and do not expect them to be helpful. I attempted to speak with the Office Manager to discuss the front office personnel, but she was either unavailable or out of the office. I left my name and number for the Office Manager to call back, it has been almost three business days and the Office Manager has not return my call. The front office staff is horrible, Fernada put me on hold for over 8 minutes. I don't know if Dr. Moran is aware of the staff's demeanor, but I intend to follow up with a letter to the doctor. If I could I wouldn't even give the staff "one star".

Dr. Moran is the nicest most down to earth doctor I have ever seen. From my first visit I knew I would have great prenatal care. He delivered my first baby and I will definitely be going back to him for all my pregnancies.

I've never been happier with a doctor. The staff is awesome and the doctor rocks. I'm always reassured and cared for. I consider myself lucky to have Dr. Moran.
