I agree with a previous review, unorganized and understaffed. I’ll also add unprofessional. It was a chaotic mess at my first appointment. The lady who took my blood called her neighbors towel heads.I paid the $99 on my first visit. After my second visit, I was told my insurance was out of network and treatment would be out of pocket. Had I know ahead of time, I would have not have wasted my time or theirs. A few weeks later, I get a bill for $400 for a physician that I never saw. I had to look up his name to figure out who he even was.I was never informed I would be responsible for any additional cost outside of the $99 fee at my first appointment.Would not recommend wasting your time. Ask your primary care doctor for a referral to a real medical practice.
I’ve been going for over two years now, and have always had a decent team take care of me.
Thank you RebeKah for taking care of these problems immediately!Men watch you billing. My husband has experience going in for his supplies and told they are not in, it is a shipping problem. More then once, but specifically for the month of April his credit card was charged the $85.00 month fee without ever receiving his monthly injection kit. When confronted they said that the medication is not directly tied to the $85.00 month fee, so is free??? They said that the shipping problems are their problem. They also said read the contract. The contract reads the auto charge t o the credit card of $85.00 includes remote tele-health services for testosterone therapy and the self-injection kits. What is charged to your insurance is all office visits and required lab work including quarterly in-office visits for related medically necessary lab work. I would also noted that the remote tele-health is an app, that is frequently faulty. My husband has been going to this lab for a year and only this past April was he told he need lab work done, not by the app. but be the clinic when he went in to pick up his injection kit for April, which was "not in yet". Then the clinic told him he cannot have his injection kit until he has lab work done. He did his lab work last week, no word from anyone at the clinic if his levels changed?? Does he need his dose adjusted?? But the clinic said sine he had his blood work done they ordered his testosterone and should be in a week. I still asked about the April injection kit he never got but was charged for. I got a lot of circle talking from the clinic. This clinic is similar to the opioid doctor offices that are now out of business. These clinic need more oversight as they are ripping people off. I would put no stars on this but you have to put at least one to post
This office was slow, unorganized, and uninformed. The center was extremely busy and understaffed. The office had those annoying ipad credit card swipe accessories and the staff couldn’t get them to work effectively. The owners should purchase actual credit card terminals that actually work right. I waited almost an hour for a blood draw and vitals. No one gave me any real idea how much services would cost. I have zero plans of ever returning to this company or referring anyone here in the future.
Place is just interested in the money re- occurring revenue. I was supposed to get stuff mailed to my home never did billed twice called them have to pick up. . Got fed up and Canceled my service and still being billed. Cause you have to fill out special paperwork that they never get. And what they told me was not what our doctor told us.
Fantastic place with fantastic people.
I was there 3 days ago and I already feel a difference thanks Matt
This Low T center did everything possible to provide me the impression that they're a nothing more than a well dressed prescription mill. Literally the most unprofessional customer experience I've ever had in a healthcare setting and I've spent nearly a decade working in the healthcare space. At no point in your initial visit do you interact with a medical professional beyond a phlebotomist, nothing is explained and no context is set. It's nearly impossible to get anyone to answer the phone let alone provide feedback on the bloodwork they've run... Even when I called their corporate offices in Texas to try to explain the concerning and unusual behavior I was encountering they showed that this is a top down mess. I was promised follow up phone calls from Carly Gollihar and Dr. William Rielly... Would you be surprised to know that they never came?Everyone I encountered went the extra mile to show how little they cared about their patients. When you're in the business of "caring" for people being competent, organized, honest or professional would be a great place to start. If you're failing the front desk, answering the phone, patient follow up and billing (not only did they fail to reschedule me despite my asking the front desk staff, they also failed to bill me!) how can I trust they're going to protect my patient information or that the clinical staff is any better than their operational team? Friends, beware. When you don't care to train staff or hire competent people it looks like this, don't let it happen when they're injecting you! Total lack of ownership, process or mgmt. Don't take that risk. People like this give medical professionals a bad name.
Everyone who works there is wonderful!! Matt is a good guy and explains things very well about the treatment process. Sometimes they get busy and get you in and out as fast as possible without talking much but that's business for ya! I only had to wait more than 10 min one time!! this has made my life better! I have more energy and feel much better
I've been receiving T-shot treatments since the first week of June 2018 and am very satisfied with all the results. As for the woman who stated her husband went from being kind to mean, I researched all side effects before beginning treatments and have yet to feel myself getting angry for no reason/s. I'm a laid back individual and have remained the same and plan to remain the same. I believe some of the myths about testosterone treatments are exaggerated and I strongly believe that after someone receives these treatments they're then under a microscope by those around him. So if that person gets upset about something then everyone will point to the testosterone treatments as the reason for the anger. But had that person never began treatments, the anger would've more than likely gone unnoticed. Also, many people probably use the treatments as an excuse or reason for getting upset at anyone or anything. It's like those who blame alcohol for their irresponsible drinking habits.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
