Medmark Treatment Centers's Online Review Report Card

When I started this place I thought it was amazing and for the most part it is. But the staff will smile and act like they care daily even ask you for personal favors like do they kids hair or get information for clients but don’t show up 1 minute late because you won’t get dosed and will be left standing outside with no explanation. I’ve never been late never missed being 1 minute late should not disqualify you on a Saturday but they turn the machines off early so they can get out of there unless your one of the favorites then you can be late every week Time to find a new location that treats me like a person and not a number

This is such a great place. I've been to a few methadone maintenance programs and Med Mark North is by far the most amazing place to come to. I used to dread having to get up and go deal with the clinic. There was always some kind of drama up there weather it be with another paient or yet another problem from the program and they would always find a way to bring your dose down or something to mess with us( their patients) in some way. I was always made to feel like I was just another junkie to them. Not at Med Mark. The entire staff at Med Mark ARE AMAZING. They had me transfered so quickly and I didn't have to worry about anything or get transfer paperwork or anything. They make you feel like family from the second you walk in the door. They have went above and beyond for me and I'm sure they have for many others as well. I always feel comfortable with the doctors as well they have the most wonderful bedside manner and they are so laid-back yet professional. Thank You Med Mark North

Wasuest) at this Ohio clinic for a week. And I had to pick up take-homes. Let me tell you it couldn't have gonenot just a good clinic its a good business, very nice peoples and very professional.

By far the best treatment center for this disease I have ever experienced. So understanding, and private. They are professional and don’t play with your disease. Thank you Med Mark staff and clients for helping us stay true to ourselves and one another. Keep up the good work.

If you're thinking about Methadone or Suboxone seriously look no further. I hesitate to write a good review because I selfishly don't want a bunch of people starting to go here. My unselfish side says come to any and all addicts.Kelly at the front desk is a breath of fresh air. The nurses are great and non judgemental. I have never felt looked down upon or heard them say anything negative about any of the clients.In and out in 5 minutes usually, monthly raffle, and they give out candy. Seriously, what more could you ask for?Oh, and you don't have to play games and act sick or try to manipulate a dose increase. The Doctor genuinely doesn't want anyone to experience any withdrawal symptoms. He will give you what you need.Stop in, tell em large Marge sent you.

My family member is a current patient and has had a long history with substance abuse. At MedMark Columbus Powell, she has received the upmost respect as well as excellent treatment for her substance abuse. They gave her the tools to learn how she can come clean and begin to build a successful life. She now has an apartment, a job, and family members back on her side. I can't thank MedMark enough for the time and energy they have given and continue to give to her. You team is amazing! Please keep up the great work!

i dont think words do justice for most things in my life, good or bad. What i do know.......When i walked through there door completly unannounced, and immediatly was greeted with open arms and a sence of genuine concern to get me help, even before they knew my name. Thats the definition of a clinic. that words cant describe how happy and relieved i felt.
