Not happy with this place today. Waited an hour in a half & was never called in. 49 minutes after a scheduled appointment. I understand the doctor gets busy, but why give an appointment time when you can't seem to control the scheduling of patients. Lost one pt! Of course it doesn't matter, because people, patients are just another number, another insurance claim, another dollar!!!!! Btw, your receptionist should be a little more polite!

I must agree with a previous review that explained Dr. Schmidt's "horrible doctor/patient interaction " I felt he did not take sufficient time after my procedure to explain the results. He seemed in a rush to get to the next patient as it was quite busy. If he was honest he would have just said: "See ya... next - gotta make some more money. I don't care how many questions you have, your 5 minutes of explanation is up."

He has a horrible doctor/patient interaction. I feel he probably is very good clinician but if you want someone who you can feel comfortable with and who will listen to you, answer questions and explain things to you...Dr. Schmidt is not your man. I had heard this about him but didn't think it would bother me, but unfortunately he is so cold it did.
