Very prompt for appt. Found him to be very thorough, goes over options and involves patient in decisions, takes his time and answers questions. Responds to messages on my chart . Really glad I went to him

I’m a new patient to this office and I have not had a great experience with the scheduling team. They offer very poor service do not adhere to the orders that are sent to them from the physicians, I was told that the scheduling team would call me to schedule my appointment I got a call to set up my 3 month appointment. Was told someone will call you to schedule a treatment appointment which is normal. I happen to be looking in my emails and seen that the young lady that was to call me to schedule sent me a message to call the office to schedule my appointment. Why do I need to call you to schedule when you were to call me and schedule my appointment? You’re the scheduler that is not protocol made the complaint with the supervisor and she proceeded to tell me that “she can’t go back and change it and she has a large amount of employees under her”as though that was an excuse or acceptable for them to not do there job. Seriously thinking of transferring my medical care back to my hometown almost 2 hrs away due to poor service. There’s too many trained medical staff that’s in need of a career that under paid that’s in need of employment but the pay is horrible so they are forced to hire non medically trained workers who do have the experience nor compassion cause they pay is low and they just need a job... sad because lives are on the line... this is all from experience!!!

Dr. Donald has excellent “bed-side manner”! He is very thorough, and compassionate. Communicating with him is easy, and he’s very attentive to messages sent online or through the App. You can count on a response in a timely manner.
