Dr. Blake is a excellent doctor!!!!! She takes her time with you and listens to you. She explains your options and answers your questions thoroughly. I would highly recommend her!!!

I had called 10 days ahead and got an appointment and had shared my insurance details upfront and mentioned I'm already a OhioHealth patient. Dr Sarah Blake is in-network provider. Didn't hear a thing from their office before appointment date. From the start, doctors office seemed to ONLY care about their payment and treated me as if I was there to get care and not pay for it! Went in a consulting room and was told Dr Blake will be there shortly - she never saw me the entire time I was there! Front office woman again came by after 15 mins irritated and said we cant seem to run your insurance so we'll need you to wait in office till we figure this out! Waited 45+ mins and decided to go back to front desk - it was clear that the doctor would not see me until they got authorization or money upfront. They were sitting on my insurance info for over 10 days and still hadn't figured it out. So, I walked out with realization, Dr Sarah Blake's office ONLY cares about money and not patients!

Among the worst experience at a doctors office in the US! Completely untrained front office staff. As a new patient, I had called 10 days ahead and got an appointment for my intermittent lower back pain and had shared my insurance details upfront and mentioned I'm already a OhioHealth patient. Dr Sarah Blake is in-network provider - as confirmed by my insurance carrier. Didn't hear a thing from their office before appointment date. Reached 12 mins early for my appointment on 11/22 and checked in. From the start, doctors office seemed to ONLY care about their payment and treated me as if I was there to get care and not pay for it! Asked if I was in high-deductible plan to which I said I was and had already met the deductible. Front office woman contradicted what I just said and said "if you haven't met the deductible then we'll need you to pay before you leave" to which I said "sure thing!" Filled 25 out of almost 50 forms they gave and went in a consulting room and was told Dr Blake will be there shortly - she never saw me the entire time I was there! Front office woman again came by after 15 mins seemingly irritated and said we cant seem to run your insurance so we'll need you to wait in office till we figure this out or you'll need to pay upfront, are you able to wait till we figure this out - I told them who to bill and contact insurance customer service if need help. I waited 45+ mins while they were trying to figure it out and decided to go back to front desk - it was clear that the doctor would not see me until they got authorization or money upfront. They were sitting on my insurance info for over 10 days and still hadn't figured it out. They also claimed they tried calling me and left me VMs - I had not received any calls/texts/VMs from Dr Blake's office at all. When I said I never received any phone/VMs from them, they casually dismissed it saying "there's nothing they can do if they have a wrong number". I asked if I could meet Dr Sarah Blake - and I was first told she was with another patient and later said "Dr Blake will not be meeting you today". So, I walked out with my documents/reports and a realization, Dr Sarah Blake's office ONLY cares about money and not their patients. I wonder if this is considered a discrimination…

Beware of this so called doctor! i went to her for pain parts of my back and legs as a result of several back surgeries! Now--you go to her office for an appointment and there may be 1 other person in the waiting room. After 10 or 15 minutes you are put in an exam room and then you wait for another 1/2 hour and sometimes 1 hour for Dr. Sarah to show up! She spends a total of about 5 minutes with you and ask you how you are doing!! I tell her about my back and leg pain and she responds that she will call in my monthly pain med prescription (Hydrocodone) and then tells me to come back in a month. Never does she come up with a procedure to help other than Hydrocodone!!! I had told her that OSU spine center had given me a couple injections to try and help. I think she was upset that i was looking for help elsewhere since she was doing nothing but putting me on the bad drug-Hydrocodone!!!!! The experience of going to a pill distributor and waiting so long is nuts. Also-she tryed

Dr. Blake is a wonderful, caring physician. I have lived with pain most of my life, and Dr. Blake has helped me tremendously! She has an excellent staff too!

I've been going to her for about ten years. She's great, honest, empathetic, and kind. She knows the laws and does follow them. She has to even if we don't like them, it's the law and she has to follow it. She is also now a cannabis doctor, but contrary to a review on here I don't see her profiting from marijuana sales. That's crazy. She doesn't recommend where to buy it. She's very smart. She's interested in helping her patients and suggests things to try. It's not a pill mill. She's very wise also. She does care about patients but she has to follow ever changing laws that are getting stricter all the time. She has to, it's that simple. If you want a caring honest doctor. She is a best choice.

I found Dr. Blake to be both personable and very efficient. She explained everything clearly, and made sure that I understood what was being said, and then strongly encouraged me to contact the office again if I had follow up questions. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Blake is an outstanding physician who truly cares about her patient's. She is an expert in all aspects of pain management. Dr. Blake and her staff administers the back injections for me in a manner that creates minimum pain and discomfort. She explains things well and is an excellent communicator. The injections she is giving me are preventing me from having a fusion at this time and enabling me to walk. I highly recommend Dr. Blake and her staff.

I WAS IN HER OFFICE FOR 5 MINS AND SHE SAID YOU NEED TO SMOKE POT FOR THAT TOLD HER I'VE BEEN SMOKING AND EATING IT FOR THE PAIN FOR THE PAST 2 YEARS ITS NOT WORKING ANYMORE THEN SHE SAYS THATS ALL I CAN DO FOR YOU AND THIS IS A PAIN CLINIC NO ITS A WANNA BE DOCTOR TRYING TO SELL POT AND NOT GO TO JAIL FOR IT UP TOWN POT PUSHER AND THE PATIENTS CANT EVEN AFFORD IT BECAUSE YOU CANT USE YOUR HEALTH INSURANCE FOR IT BECAUSE RONALD REGAN MESSED IT UP FOR THE FUTURE .. I HAD A FILE 3 'INCHES THICK MRI'S X-RAYS AND RECORDS AND SHE DIDNT HELP ME BUT SHE TOOK MY MONEY LIKE A DEALER ON THE STREET AND RAN OFF WITH MY HARD EARNED MONEY YOU DONT DESIRVE TO BE A DOCTOR
