Went with my mom to visit, was disrespect, rude, unprofessional, told me if I was not happy with care i could find another doctor . Said twice. Did not want to discuss with me about my moms health, though I haven't authorization. . Did not examine my mom. Nurse only one to help me and answer questions. Very unprofessional.

I was overcharged for doctor's services a few times. So I brought it to the attention of my Insurance. My Insurance contacted the office to instruct them to refund the money to me, but nothing was done for 4 months! I needed to transfer my prescription to a different pharmacy. The new pharmacy has some questions about this prescription, they contacted the doctor's office 3 times(!!!), but nobody from the dr. office got back to the pharmacy. So I called the office, was put to a voice mail for a nurse, and left a message, but nobody called me back. The wait time is always 2+ hours after your appointment if you don't have the day's first appointment. That is the norm. The whole office has lunch together, and you can hear very loud conversations in the waiting room by the reception desk. You can wait an extra 0.5-1 hour if you don't speak Spanish or Portuguese. That is another norm in that office. I understand that all this stuff is under office manager supervision, and she doesn't manage office staff at all.

Excellent doctor, does not work for money. Before consulting him, I took my mother to another doctor who said she was dying, with water in her lungs ... and Dr. Menendez saw that it was nothing they said, he gave an anti-allergic and my mother is very well, after 6 years after the scare. Although the waiting time is long, the service makes up for the wait. The staff is very kind and competent. They are not the type who want to see you every two months for a prescription, they are not there for money, it is clear that they do it for love. Me and my mom are patient and we are super satisfied. He will do anything to help you with your problem. The cons we have is the wait to get an appointment and the waiting time at the reception to be attended Clean clinic, nice location, free parking. Are not emergency care

I liked the him the office and his lady assistances I finally got an appointment with him I wanted to see how my thyroid was doing since his assistance gave me NP thyroid, I also have Polycithimia Vera PV a blood disorder which I have a specialist for, I changed to a new insurance so I needed a referral again Dr.Menendez said he could do that and would not give me the referral infact he got up stormed out and said "Do what you want" Left me sitting there. Still waiting to have him check my thyroid numbers. He never came back. just went to another patient , So needless to say I left and found another DR. He wanted me to do phlebotomys at the blood bank, I don't do blood letting My specialist gives me hydrea a chemo pill. It is very hard to get blood out of me plus low on iron, But he never gave me a chance to explain it to him..

I AM A RETIRED DENTIST AND HAVE BEEN TREATED BY DR. MENENDEZ FOR ALMOST 30 YEARS SINCE WE MET AT THE HOSPITAL ROUNDS AND I HOPE HE WILL KEEP TAKING CARE OF ME UNTIL MY LAST DAYS... WILL NOT CHANGE A THING... CARING MAN SINCE FIRST DAY. LOVE YOU MAN !THANKS FOR CARING FOR ME.

Horrible experience. This office is extremely incompetent and careless. Please don't visit this office and be careful on what is ordered in a lab test. I had to pay out of pocket expenses that were supposed to be covered by insurance due to incompetence.

Her prescribed a medication I was highly allergic too. This was after I told him I was allergic, he was paying no attention to what I was saying trying to get a battery of tests scheduled. The office does not meet ADA Handicap requirements. The ramp to the door is to steep and has no hand rails, the interior doors are to narrow. There is undeveloped parking lot prior to the ramp.

He is a very caring physician. Office management has been an issue. Nurses are very good.

I would not recommend this doctor. My wife has suffered because of multiple medications he would give without giving her proper testing. He was verbally abusive and treated me like I was using her medications. I am highly allergic to many things from codeine to cheap soap bars. These are just a few things on the list. Even if my review is small I wouldn't want anyone to experience what we did. Please research your physicians before trusting your life or a loved one to them.

I went to see this dr for a bad stomach ache I could barely stand he tells it's gas and prescribe anti acid as I was driving back home pain got worst I took myself to the hospital my apendix gad rupture.
